Close to the lake (1.5 km), Bordeaux Merignac (45 mins), Arcachon Dune du Pilat (35 mins) and 100 m from the bike path (SANGUINET/Biscarrosse) Cottage for 3 people, adjoining the main house, NOT ACROSS from the owners, and the terrace area is private as well a reserved parking space. The gîte comprises: - A bedroom with a 160 cm bed and - A mezzanine with a 90 cm bed. -Bathroom with sink, toilet, shower cubicle and storage cabinet (+ hair dryer). - A living room with 3-seater sofa, TV, and WiFi. - Equipped kitchen, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Senseo coffee maker, dishes, etc. - A pantry, with fridge-freezer, microwave, and storage. - A private covered terrace not overlooked by the owner, including table and 4 chairs, as well as a swing for two, a barbecue and a relaxation area... - A parking space (closed at night) THINGS TO DO Walking, horseback riding and cycling. Quiet house, located in a cul-de-sac 400 m from Lake Biscarrosse and 1 km from the center, 5 km from Lake Sanguinet 10 km from Biscarrosse ocean Composed of a 650 m2 garden, 2 terraces (South & North sheltered) 3 bedrooms + one bathroom with sanibroyeur 1 toilet Parties and noise are prohibited please We enjoy the house on sunny weekends but otherwise live 1 hour away, so nothing is missing in terms of equipment. Cleaning is done by a regular housekeeper in a regular manner.

The exterior of the house features a light-colored wall with a large window providing natural light. A landscaped area with shrubs adds greenery to the property. A pathway leads to a small set of steps, guiding towards the entrance surrounded by trees.
