Townhouse ideally located in the heart of Bordeaux, as described, in absolute calm. All amenities are within a 5-minute walk. We were 5 couples of friends and enjoyed the spaces and amenities available.

We had a great time at Fabienne and Jean-Noël's cottage. The place is beautiful, very quiet and warm, perfect for unwinding. The cottage is super comfortable, very well equipped and tastefully decorated. Jean-Noël is very friendly and welcoming. Despite the unpredictable weather, we fully enjoyed our stay thanks to the superb recommendations of Fabienne and Jean-Noël. A big thank you to them for their hospitality. We'll be happy to go back! The place was perfectly as described and totally met our expectations. Very clean, well equipped and conveniently located. The host was extremely friendly, available and easily reachable to answer our questions. A great experience, we would recommend it without hesitation!

Very well located apartment close to shops and the city center without being in it. Very pleasant accommodation and the terrace is perfect. No inconvenience during our 2-week stay. A big thank you to K'ty who manages the apartment for the owner, responsive, available and attentive. I'll do it again if I come back to the area.

Great stay! The bedding was very good. The space was more spacious than we imagined. The indoor pool was great. The outdoor pool was not accessible when we went but it looked great.

The setting of this place has greatly contributed to the beautiful memories we have built with friends in Bordeaux. The property has all the useful services and amenities. It is about a 30-minute walk from the center and the same from the Cité du Vin/Hall de Bacalan. 30-minute walk in a pleasant setting, possibly along the Garonne. Also, the host is very responsive and. We recommend it!

We had a lovely stay at Viviane's who is available and very welcoming. The neighborhood is peaceful, the neighborhood friendly. We had a lovely stay at Julien's house. The house is very nice, bright, it is tastefully decorated. The neighborhood is very peaceful, the pool is a plus that was much appreciated.

We had a super relaxing week in the beautiful house of Serge! We enjoyed the very tasteful decor and a dream garden with pool and various seating options very much. We rented bicycles to get around the village faster, as the house is located in a quiet residential area. Wonderful for sleeping. Only the third "bedroom" is not a real room but a passageway. But this is also shown in the description. We lacked nothing and we recommend the house without reservation! Thanks, Serge!

Beautiful residence to spend a few days of holiday with friends in tranquility and in a beautiful environmental setting. Significant variety of landscapes. Oyster sheds and restaurant < 15 minutes walk. Very friendly, responsive and accommodating host, everything was great. We recommend it!
