Caasa Tranquilla Somatane is a dreamy, cozy and close-to-nature getaway perfect for family outings. Thankful to the host and the house caretaker (Balu) who do a fantastic job in ensuring that the property looks spick and new everytime you check-in for a stay. Best part about the property is their huge beautiful garden area which is perfect for your pets. My pet was the happiest to have found a home away from home at the huge yet homely property. The property is a perfect place for a peaceful getaway. Beautiful location, Serene surroundings and breathtaking views of the surroundings add to the charm of the property. The property itself is luxurious, exactly as shown and described. It’s spacious, clean and extremely well maintained. All the amenities mentioned in the description are available and in perfect condition. A special mention for the care taker. He is very polite and always available for any kind of help needed. Ashish and his teammates have been very helpful and readily available throughout, clearing any doubts. Overall it was an extremely satisfying and peaceful experience at the property. I would highly recommend it.

Beautiful stay in the lap of nature! This place offers a peaceful escape from the noise and chaos of everyday life. One of the highlights was the beautiful open-air jacuzzi with stunning valley views—soaking in the warm water while watching the sunrise or sunset was an unforgettable experience. Mobile network is quite limited here; only Jio works in certain spots, and even then, you might have to search for a signal. A Jio dongle is provided, though it didn’t work during our visit. If you're coming from Pune, we highly recommend taking the Nasrapur route instead of the Sinhagad–Velhe road, as the ghat section is in poor shape. For directions, searching “Guhini” on Google Maps worked best for us. Caretaker Rambhau was incredibly welcoming and served delicious, homely meals. He took excellent care of us throughout the stay. Though there were a few power cuts, they didn't bother us at all. Perfect for anyone looking to disconnect and relax amidst nature!

Would definitely recommend this tiny house! Amazing location and great hosts! The instructions provided were spot on. The description of the place matched! There are lots of birds around the property. Truly perfect for forest bathing. What’s amazing is we saw a fireflies show in the evening, in the monsoon season. Will definitely be visiting again!

Great property and responsive host and service. Will recommend 10/10. Water in our taps was a little dirty for an entire day so I suggest you check with the owner regarding this but apparently its a temporary issue so I'm not deducting any stars.

We had a wonderful stay at this serene and beautifully maintained property, located within the secure and scenic compound of Isle of Bliss by the House of Abhinandan Lodha, close to the Kolthare beach . The house is perfect for those looking to unwind in complete seclusion. The two-storey home is well-equipped with air conditioning, a functional kitchen, and even a washing machine. The bedrooms are on the top floor, accessible only by a staircase. The tranquil surroundings and elevated location offer stunning views of the Arabian Sea, making every moment there feel like a retreat. While the area is quite remote with no nearby shops or mobile network (Airtel doesn’t work), the excellent Wi-Fi kept us connected when needed. We recommend bringing basic groceries along, though the ever-helpful caretaker, Mr. Saroj Jadhav, was always available—promptly delivering food and essentials when we called. A peaceful, scenic escape—highly recommended!
