Lovely place to stay in a prime location. The view was great too, being able to see the beach from the property. Close to all the local shops, and the place was a lot larger than anticipated. Thank you for the incredible stay. Will definitely return.

We were apprehensive about the entry instructions having never dealt with a car lift before but the instructions were clear and we , octogenarians managed it well. The apartment is perfect with every amenity and a few nice surprises, and a spectacular sunrise view

Chelsea was extremely communicative, friendly, and easy to deal with! I can’t fault her as a host nor can I fault the stay either. It’s cozy, quiet and close enough to the centre of Geelong. Also, they do have WiFi now, which was handy of course.

Deb & Pete we're great hosts and ensured we had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay in their well set up apartment that worked well for us for the 3 nights we stayed. Highly recommend staying here and we would certainly en joy staying here again.

Our Bellbrae stay was just what we wanted - peaceful and private but within a short distance of beaches, wineries and plenty of other activities. We loved the happy chooks and friendly cat and dog that added to our welcome. Definitely recommend!

We had a great time at the Portarlington National Celtic festival over the June long weekend. To top this off our very comfortable accommodation was a highlight. The Hosts have put so much effort to make their place a home away from home and it shows with every thoughtful detail . Certainly would recommend to anyone wanting to stay and also explore the beautiful Bellarine Peninsula. Hopefully we can return for another luxury escape !! Rgds Margaret & Bob

Beautiful house to stay at! We all had the best time and felt right at home as soon as we arrived. Heaps of room for the kids to run around and burn their energy. Great place to stay for a family holiday we had 11 of us in the house and we al had our own space and heaps of room to have dinner and watch movies all together.

Was absolutely in awe from the moment we arrived!!! The most beautiful stay, with magical details in every corner. You can really tell how much love has gone into Miles Away, and each guest stay. We were there for my birthday and arrived to a gorgeous welcome pack with wine, brownies & complimentary coffee! There was love tea on a tray on the bed and gorgeous little notes all over the shack. A booklet filled with wonderful tips, including sunset over the river which ended up being a beautiful highlight for us. A wonderful stay! Highly recommend this colourful, eclectic beach shack in a perfect location.

Had a great 2 nights here! Very spacious and comfortable. The fireplace was cosy and having heating in each bedroom was perfect. Hosts were very responsive to any questions I had. Definitely recommend this place if you’re staying in Lorne.

I had the most wonderful stay at this Airbnb – everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing (if not even better in person!). The attention to detail was impressive – from the cozy furnishings to the fully equipped kitchen and thoughtful little touches that made me feel right at home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had the best sleep during my stay. The bathroom was clean and modern, with great water pressure and all the amenities I needed. We loved staying at Melissa's property. It was immaculately presented and located in a private coastal resort which included access to a playground, tennis court and swimming pool. It was a short walk to The Sands Golf club and driving range, and only a short drive into town. Torquay is a lovely beachside town with lots of cafes, shops and restaurants. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were spotless and spacious and the master bedroom had a wonderful view overlooking the first tee-off. There were lots of games for the kids and a basketball ring outside. Melissa was very responsive and understanding when we had to sadly tell her that we had accidentally broken something during our stay. Thank you again Melissa.

We had a great stay here. The place felt cared for, and the kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. The furniture and bedding are quality. As it is an apartment you can hear the neighbours pretty clearly, but it was not an issue overnight. I would recommend Melissa's place.

We had a lovely time staying at Kylie’s place. It had everything we needed. Such a peaceful area and friendly neighbours. A short walk to get coffee or dinner at the clubhouse and if you feel like a walk to the beach it was really pleasant.

Perfect for our two families. Having the pool and kids playground just outside the house was great. We were also surprised by how quiet it was in the area. The place was very well set up and had everything we needed. A perfect place to stay and loved that the front room was a bit separated from the other two. It meant our kids didn't wake eachother up. Would recommend.

Alicia was a great host, super responsive and the location is amazing. We came for the marathon and the start was literally straight down the hill.

We really enjoyed our couple of nights at Julie's welcoming apartment. The furnishings were all very comfortable and good quality, excellent shower pressure and the view from the balcony was just brilliant. Easily walkable to the waterfront and to restaurants. Julie was also quickly responsive to any questions that we had. It was also lovely having a bottle of wine and some chocolate provided. Thanks Julie! We just wish we'd had more time to stay longer.

We had a fantastic week-long stay in Lorne over Easter with our two young boys. The apartment was perfect—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a family. The complex itself was great, with everything we needed close at hand, and access to the apartment was super easy. Kaylene was an excellent host—friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. We’d definitely stay again and highly recommend it to others looking for a relaxing getaway in Lorne.
