This holiday home consists of a two bedroom art deco home, with two large self contained cottage studios, sleeps up to 17 with a maximum of 14 adults. The top bunks are not suitable for adult guests. It's the ideal pad for family or friends to get together and enjoy. The accommodation is spacious, bright, massive indoor and outdoor areas, with off street parking for 5 cars. Welcome to Torquay! Perfect location only a few minutes (2blocks) walk to beaches,shops and restaurants. Our house is 2 storey with rooftop deck, 4 bedroooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 living areas. Outside there are 2 entertainment areas with bbq and outdoor seating. Central heating and air conditioning plus gas log fire. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, large smeg oven and walk in pantry. All bedrooms and living areas have ceiling fans as well.
