Family-friendly vacation rentals in Birregurra

Our family were very happy with venue. Our 9 grandchildren had plenty of space to play in and they had plenty of activities there to occupy them. We adults had our own space for meals and catching up. The coffee machine was a great hit too. We highly recommend this house for families.

Swan Bay views was the perfect accommodation for our needs as a couple with a dog. It had everything we needed from a large secure backyard for the dog to a warm and cosy one bedroom apartment with high quality king size bed, fully equipped kitchen and laundry. We appreciated the extra touches on arrival with the lovely sourdough bread, lemon cake and home made jams, prewarmed rooms, instructions and local recommendations. It was a nice blend of B&B and AirBnB with the lovely provisions and well stocked kitchen and owners onsight but out of site. The location was a short walk to main street and a nice and quiet location with beautiful views of Swan bay to greet you each morning.

Pauline’s property in Apollo Bay was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. The property is beautifully maintained, with stunning views of the surrounding nature that made every morning special. The interior is cozy yet modern, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect for us — peaceful and chill! Coming back to such a serene retreat was the perfect way to unwind after a great day out exploring Apollo Bay. Pauline was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed and offering great local tips. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and the warm hospitality. Overall, our experience was exceptional, and we would highly recommend!

Absolutely beautiful place, The hosts were really friendly and very helpful. Even gave us fererro roches and fresh fruit. Offered us late checkout too ! Really kind hosts. Would stay here again for sure and 100% would recommend this beautiful spot.

Convenient location to shops and the beach. Sadly, it was raining during our stay but the deck with the seats made us enjoy the rain more. Would stay again ✨

This was our 3rd (or 4th!) stay at the Cottesloe Beach Shack. Gorgeous stay as always, Rebecca super helpful and we just love this place. Super dog friendly with lots of space for everyone. The recent renovations and updates are gorgeous, including the new outdoor space - we can't wait to get back to use it in some warmer weather! Look forward to getting back again soon.

Loved my stay at the Bells Beach Cottages. Jacqueline and Gavin are lovely and responsive hosts who made the stay welcoming, easy and comfortable. The surrounding property is lovely and peaceful, lots of bird life and even spotted some kangaroos! Bells Beach is very close by and Torquay is not far to grab supplies. Thoroughly enjoyed my time there.

Perfect place for a family get away, walking distance to beach and close to all amenities.

We loved our stay at Wye River. Great place to celebrate my wife's 70th birthday with our children and grandchildren. Even though it was mid winter, we were able to keep warm. The power failed in the area, but having the log fire we were still able to enjoy the view and lovely bush setting in comfort. The house is relatively new, and I believe it would have been a very expensive build, and recommend it to anyone looking for a bit of luxury for a group gathering. Thankyou Jack.

We loved our stay here. Such a beautiful view from the deck and bedroom. Laying in bed listening to the waves was perfect. Even though we had a very cold weekend and lost power one day the house stayed warm with the wood fire. Beds were very comfortable and warm. everything you could think you needed was provided. Easy walk to the Wye River store and cafe. Would love to come back in summer and be able to relax on the deck watching the ocean.

My family did enjoy the stay in Karen’s place. The accommodation was spacious, well-designed and clean. It was quite close to the sea, and the scenery was great with daylight. We had a good time playing table tennis in the house too. In addition, Karen was responsive. She also provided some local recommendations. She has provided clear instructions for check-in and out as well. We would highly recommend her place!

Our third stay at Wendy's cottage, first time in cooler weather. Was very cosy. Sun drenched rear deck for those sunny winter days. Lots of great walks along the cliff top, and the beach, and in grassy parks. Lots of off lead time for our dog. Excellent playgrounds nearby, also at Bob Pettitt reserve and the Banyul Warri playground at Torquay. Location is central with easy drives to Torquay, and Anglesea. Highly recommend the farmers market on Saturday mornings. Kitchen is well equipped, bathroom is modern. Beds are comfortable. Wendy was quick to respond to requests for top up of toiletries, kitchen essentials. Well stocked with jigsaw puzzles and board games, lots of books and dvds.

Jane is firstly an incredibly generous and responsive host. She was super flexible and reasonable to a request we had, and also checked in with us to make sure that that we were able to check into the house. The house itself is amazing. We enjoyed the pool and the massive kitchen. There is plenty of entertainment including table tennis, pool toys and floaties, a theatre room and games just to name a few. The house is beautiful, clean, spacious and well located. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We enjoyed a wonderfully relaxing two-night stay at Glen View as a stopover during our Melbourne to Adelaide journey on the Great Ocean Road. Johanna is a truly beautiful section of the GOR where rolling green hills and farmlands meet the ocean. The cottage is delightfully laid out and well provisioned, with quality bedding and toiletries, a lovely fire-place and a shed full of wood (and reverse cycle a/c for the summer months and the impatient!) A visit to the chicken shed to collect farm fresh eggs and the orchard for some lemons was a nice treat for us suburbanites! The kitchen is fully functional with pretty much all equipment you could need, including a coffee machine. Absolutely loved it! Highly recommend!!!

Great cottage in a peaceful area. Great spa bath. Loved the alpacas. Anglesea and Torquay within short distance. Make sure you book the restaurants with anticipation cause they all get booked out particularly on weekends. It was in general an enjoyable stay.

We had a great stay at this clean and spacious bungalow. The location was perfect, and the place had everything we needed. Even though it rained all weekend and we didn’t get to use the amazing amenities like the pool and tennis court, we’ll definitely be booking again in summer to enjoy them properly. The host was super responsive and helpful, thanks again!

A great beach getaway in the perfect secluded location. Close to Anglesea but not too close to deal with the busy crowds. Amazing beach location and house has every amenity you could need and wish for. The spa and log fireplace was a special!

Frank was a great host & left simple checkin instructions. The house was as described & was excellent for a large group (16), with good indoor & outdoor entertainment areas. Slightly inconvenient having to provide your own linen given we were a large group - but this was outlined in the listing & Frank's reminder message. Would definitely stay again.
