Vacation rentals with lake access in Birmingham

What a fabulous place, so relaxing. I met here with four friends and loved it. So peaceful with fantastic views and surrounding area. The house was clean and spacious, well equipped with comfy beds, bedding and towels. Would definitely recommend, we will be booking again.

Perfect home away from home. Debbie’s home was ideal for us whilst we were having renovations. As with all renovations, there were delays which meant we extended our stay which was quickly accommodated by Debbie. The location is quiet and with the park less than 2 mins from the house was perfect. The home itself had everything you could need for a long term stay with fully equipped kitchen complete with washing machine and dryer. The outdoor garden was perfect for catching some sun during WFH days. Communication with Debbie was great as she was was always responsive and helpful. Very glad we had a cosy homely 2 months here whilst away from our home.

Great host and very professional. Never needed to call for anything but I have nothing but praise. Unfortunately a bit of damage that we caused on the wall and the repair price was very reasonable. Will definitely use again

From start to finish our stay at The Ski Club was incredible. It was a trip to celebrate a birthday and we were 6 female family members ranging from 37 to 77 years old! The grounds are beautiful and much bigger than you imagine. The lake is wonderful in itself just as a view but we also kayaked on paddleboards and took out the row boat, which was so much fun. Perfect for people who just just want to sit and admire the view and relax in the hot tub, which we also did every night! But also great if you enjoy being more active, walking, paddle boarding etc. We ordered a food shop to be delivered but there are also shops only a few minutes drive away, as is the train station. The design of the property is exceptional and when you are in your room it feels like you are staying at a 5 start hotel. Fiona and Ian went above and beyond and were lovely, friendly and responsive hosts. We all wanted to come back again next year! Highly recommended. Thanks Fiona and Ian.

really lovelly place to stay for few days. ma and my parents loved it. it has everything thay you need, brushes and toothpaste was provided with small shampoo and conditioner bottles. only thing, it could have been hoovered a bit more and because no hoover was present in the house we couldn't do it ourselves too. the gas stove was working appart from the big stove. the blinds could be improved because they don't really give enough privacy. but over all 8.5/10. thanks

Fantastic stay, near everything you would need. Short walk to town and the arena. Lovely building, very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend if you are going to Birmingham. Host was great, friendly and responsive. We loved our stay, thank you very much ❤️

All in all a lovely spacious, quiet, clean place to stay, thank you. Oh and the bonus of a long drive to be able to park two cars on, but with other street parking too.

James is an amazing host. Communication was perfect and the place was great for my guys who were working in the area. Can't recommend enough!

Great stay! Clean apartment with good amounts of space for a small family. Decorated well! Not far from Coventry centre, Coombs national park - everything within 15 mins drive. Easy to get in to with clear instructions. Great Airbnb! Recommend A+++

We had a really good experience here. The instructions for access etc were great, along with videos to walk you through. The parking and security was great, and the place was just as advertised.

Lovely stay in a great location. Jo & Martin were great hosts. Very accommodating and flexible. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would say, is for the money charged for the Airbnb, a few upgrades would make the stay even more better, such as a new modern TV (TV was old and small), a new modern washing machine (again very old), wardrobes needed hangers, a bathroom bin and a bath mat.

This is my second time staying at Funke's place within a year. It definitely makes me feel at home. I love that there is driveway parking, the neighborhood is very quiet. It was very cold in England when I visited in January so the heat was working properly and I was very cozy. As long as this property stays available I will be staying here every year when I visit the UK.

Had a lovely stay at David’s house. Very cozy and had everything we needed. Lovely comfy bed. Beautiful garden. Few minutes walk from town and lovely canal side walks. So peaceful. Would definitely like to stay again and would thoroughly recommend! 😊

Absolutely stunning location, lavender cottage had everything we needed.. originally booked for 2 nights, extended to 3 because it was an ideal escape from the hustle and bustle of life. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend to anyone thinking of booking

First AirBnB experience; needed due to building work at my own house which is only a mile or so away, so we weren’t there as a holiday or a break but The Barn suited us well as a temporary home base. The property was immaculately clean/presented and we were very comfortable there. Although Mick and Linda are right next door, The Barn is entirely private and they are helpful and friendly but never intrusive. We had to extend our stay due to renovations overrunning and Linda was happy to help with the process of extending the booking. Leo, our large German Shepherd isn’t the most sociable of dogs so we didn’t go on the bridle paths etc but he was perfectly happy to go on his other walks about the place and it was very convenient for just popping him out in lead, just like we do at home. So he also gave a “paws up” for his stay. Highly recommend The Barn for a stay and Linda as a host.

A great location only 25 minutes' drive from the NEC but with lots of countryside for the dogs. A nice little holiday cottage with everything you need for your stay. The welcome hamper was a lovely touch.
