Velkommen til Østre Aas gård.

Midt inne i skogen ligger Gården vår på en høyde i naturskjønne omgivelser med meget gode solforhold. Vi har i løp av det siste året totalrenovert bryggerhuset på gården og er nå klar til å ta imot gjester her. Leiligheten passer for 2 voksne og opptil 3 barn. Den gamle bakerovnen er beholdt og den koselige rustikke stilen. Samtidig her man alt av moderne fasiliteter gjennom nytt bad og kjøkken. Stedet ligger 30 min fra Dyreparken i Kristiansand og 15 min fra den koselige sørlandsbyen Lillesand

Fiske Ørret ? Beste bitt, midt april til midt juni

Nyt et opphold på dette fredelige bostedet inne i skogen ved Grimevannet i Lillesand. I denne eldre boligen har vi beholdt den gameldagse lune atmosfæren som mange setter stor pris på. Samtidig finnes moderende hjelpemidler og et godt utstyrt kjøkken mm. Etter en frisk spasertur ute, lag noe godt i det velutstyrte kjøkkenet, sett på en god film og bare nyt den lune atmosfæren inne. Handletur ? Det er også bare 3 km til kjøpesenter, 4 km til Lillesand sentrum. 20 min til Kristiansand Dyrepark

Modern and family friendly cabin

This is a modern cabin from 2022, with good sunny conditions. The area is a great arena for skiing in the winter, with slopes on either side of the cabin. People work there to make sure the slopes are in top condition. In the summer there are a lot of places to go hiking, with 10 mountain tops nearby. There are also a lot of activites nearby (15-20 min drive - nearby Evje) where you can go to an amusement park, look at minerales and drive Go-kart. The cabin is a great place for relaxation.

Idyllic lakeshore cabin surrounded by nature

Spacious cabin with 3 bedrooms, comfortably sleeps 6 adults. 15 minutes by car from Evje. Fantastic place in the summer with its own shallow beach, rowing boat, canoe, paddle boards and good fishing opportunities. Great hiking trails. In winter, the ski runs start a few hundred meters away. No electricity or running water, but with a gas fridge, gas cooker and solar lamps. Outside toilet with direct entrance from the back of the cabin. OK 4g coverage in parts of the cabin and on the terrace.

High standard! Fantastic view. Fully equipped with all kitchen utensils, games, highchair, cot and fire pans. In the summer: gas grill, trampoline, rowing boat, canoe and sup boards. Wood stove and a heat pump. 4 good bedrooms, large living room, office space and fantastic patio. Fishing water with trout. small beach nearby. Dogs are only allowed when agreed in advance Bed linen, towels, electricity and water are included in the price. Possibility of electric car charging (extra cost).

Choose from many activities throughout the year, or just relax in front of the fireplace or in the jacuzzi. Park right outside and enjoy a warm cabin at arrival. Strap on your skis and head straight out onto the cross-country tracks. Walking, swimming, fishing, picking berries, mushrooms - everything is right outside. Slapp av sammen med hele familien på dette fredelige bostedet. Vei helt frem. Hytta med anneks ligger alene i skogen ved ett lite vann. Her er det helt stille og kun naturens lyder du hører. Fine tur og sykkel muligheter rett utenfor døren. Badeplassen er 10m fra hytteveggen. Annekset har 2 senger og vedovn og utsikt rett ut på vannet og naturen rundt. Hytten er ett gammelt restaurert skogshusvær med atmosfære. Her er det bare å åpne dørene så kommer naturen inn i stuen.
