We had a very nice experience in an isolated house surrounded by nature, tranquility, privacy, exceptional sea and mountain views of Tavolara and a 5-minute drive from downtown San Teodoro. Very nice architect's house combining rustic and charm. We really appreciated the quality of service and attention from Cristian, always available and super responsive, if you need anything he arrives at the house in 5 minutes! Really great! A great stay at the end of the season with deserted and splendid beaches just for us! Thanks again Anne Marie and Cristian!

Comfortable apartment equipped with everything you need for a quiet and quite comfortable stay. The only thing to take more care of is the presence of mosquitoes in considerable quantities (certainly not the fault of Antonella and for this I do not penalize it in the final score), with a few more mosquito nets (bathroom and small room would have made the stay absolutely perfect. However, the accommodation is definitely advisable for the location, a few kilometers from the beach of Budoni and the junction of the S.S. 131.

The apartment is very well located. It is on a hill and you have a very good view of the mountains. It is a very calm corner with locals who live or vacation there. The apartment is equipped with everything. There was also a dishwasher, although it wasn't listed in the description. The key was in the key box and we could check in flexibly. The contact with the neighbor, who acts as a point of contact on site, was good. The somewhat annoying garbage sorting in Sardinia is sometimes too much. But that's everywhere on the island. There is a grocery store nearby, which can be reached in about 6 minutes on foot. There you will find everything you'll need. There are several beaches in about 4 kilometers. We found the beach in Budoni very good.
