Dorina's place was fantastic. Lovely studio with great amenities and decorations. You can tell she cares about her guests and her ideas of how to make your stay more enjoyable are just great. We truly enjoyed the apartment and we would like to be back there in no time. Highly recommend to anyone!

We loved this condo and the facitities. We were 2 adults, myself and my 20 yr old son. The place is perfect for quiet guests who want a relaxing vacation. Mostly adult people, in all units. Great pool and gym, as well as tennis court. The location could not be better if you want to be close to everything in Sarasota - beaches, restaurants, downtown, parks etc. The host was always responding very swiftly and friendly, and resolved any practical issues we had during our stay. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms fresh, and bedrooms were spacious. The convenience of having bath towels and beach chairs available was great. We would come back for sure. We did not feel like we were living in someones home. There were not a lot of nick nacks and personal stuff, which is something I appreciate. Clean and neat, but everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. We can highly recommend this condo, and the friendly and helpful hosts. Our stay was pretty much perfect!

I stayed in one of Sharon’s units for 3 mounts during my travel contract and it was the best place I’ve stayed in by far in my travel journey. Super clean, quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors also close to all the stores. Will definitely stay here again in the future!!

Decent little apartment close to everything you’ll need for short or long term stays. Grocery stores, malls, highway, restaurants, and anything else you’ll need is within a 5 minute drive in either direction. Super quiet and peaceful with lots of nature. It is a bit small for two people, but we made it work. The only ‘con’ is the HOA application and approval process and cost. It takes time to fill it out (1 hour) and a few days to get a response so be prepared for that. Overall, our stay was great and we never needed to contact the host for anything once we checked in. If you’re looking for a peaceful stay in Sarasota with everything close by, consider this a great option.
