This basic but spacious one-bedroomed annexe is suitable for up to 3 adults or a family of 4 (if one of the children is under 6). Well-behaved dogs are welcome! It is the ground floor of a family house. There is one bedroom that has a double bed, a single bed, and a toddler bed. You will have the flat to yourself but might hear some noise from the family above. It is on a family-friendly street with a big park opposite. We can provide an extra camp bed if needed.

Stansted Mountfitchet station is a three minute walk with trains to Stansted airport (8 minutes), Cambridge (30 minutes) and London Liverpool Street (40 minutes). M11 motorway is 2.5 miles away. Great stay lovely quiet location and room, Edita was lovely, nice touch to have breakfast cereal, coffee milk and bread. We had an early flight from Stanstead so was a perfect location to get to the airport, nice bars and restaurants within walking distance great start to our holiday, definitely recommend, we will be back.

Had the most amazing stay with Paul who was amazing from start to finish, was very attentive, went the extra mile with every little detail from muffins, fresh croissants, fresh juices and beverages, highest quality hand gel, shampoo etc. even had a love heart in rose petals on the bed this has definitely been my best experience through air bnb and would be back again, would highly recommend. If i could give 10 ⭐️ I would Thank you Paul for an amazing experience

Daniel’s place was amazing - I would highly recommend anyone staying in the area try and stay here. The accommodation is new and spotless, and tastefully decorated. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen very well appointed. Daniel went out of his way to make us feel at home and always kept in touch with us. I will definitely stay here again if I am in the area.

We found Jilly’s barn by accident after our room at a local hotel was cancelled because it closed down. We were attending a wedding and needed somewhere to stay for the night. We are so glad we found Jilly’s barn. Jilly and her husband were so welcoming, friendly and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. We loved the pool table and dart board. We had a few games with some pre drinks before heading out. It was fun (especially when I beat my husband as he is so competitive) haha! Boycie the little dog is the cutest who loves attention, and we loved giving him all the attention too! The barn was comfortable, clean and warm. Tea, coffee, muesli, bagels and cheese were a lovely touch. We are busy parents with 4 children and would love to come back again for a night off and a pool competition in the near future. Thank you for having us 😁
