First and foremost, Pratyush is an excellent host who is very kind, considerate and accommodating. Always there when you need it. The property is beautiful and having an old world kind of charm. Set in a very peaceful and serene location with some mesmerising views. There is a lovely trail which passes just next to the property which one enjoys hiking a lot, as well as exploring the one along the stream below. The property has all the amenities you can ask for, be it the basic ones or luxury. You have it all. (Playing Badminton and evening/night bonfires were an added bonus.) Sometimes one feels like, just idling there at the property and doing nothing at all, such is the comfort and views it provides. Would say that I can't wait to go back again and would do it as soon as I can.

Shikher was one of the sweetest host, he helped us with local recommendations be it food or cab driver. Also he was super proactive on communication. Even gave us late checkout and early check in which made our commute so convenient. As for the cottage, it's perfect for 2-3 people, kitchen has everything you might need for a short stay and surroundings were really peaceful. Walkable to the main market. All in all loved the stay, would 10/10 recommend.

Amit is the sweetest host you can imagine. From going out swimming in a local stream to talking over chai, the time spent with him was truly a highlight of my Bir trip. The property is arguably the most peaceful spot in Bir. Everything was as advertised, and in fact the terrace exceeded my expectations. A great spot to work from, watch the dark skies or just soak in the mountain scenery doing nothing. I also used the kitchen extensively, and it is well-equipped. Also many nice cafes nearby. Would highly recommend!

I stayed at the jade cottage with my mother and it felt like home. The property is near to all the tourist destinations and it was more beautiful than the pictures. Kanika was really helpful and made sure we had the best time❤️ Hope to visit again, soon!
