This place is like an oasis of peace and tranquility amongst the city of Antibes. Though located just a short distance from the beach, old town, and other sites, the property makes you feel like you're out in the countryside and is located on a large lot. Great for families!

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. The house, the garden, the location - everything was perfect for us. We wanted the relaxation and serenity and this villa matched that perfectly. Everything is so beautifully set up and the house and interior has great character. We loved to be able to play with kids in the garden which is very spacious and gave everyone great family moments. The location was great to take day trips to amazing cities. But our favorite is Valbonne village and it is something else - only few minutes walking distance and you are in one of the most beautiful places we have ever seen. When you are there walking these narrow streets, you just want to stay there forever. Wished we could have stayed longer but it gave us great memories, and we are very likely to be back. Wir durften die Osterferien in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbringen. Laurent war ein hervorragender und überaus freundlicher Gastgeber. Das Haus ist neu und hervorragend ausgestattet. Insbesondere die riesige Küche und das wunderschöne Wohnzimmer suchen ihres gleichen. Besonders beeindruckt waren wir von dem unbeschreiblichen Meerblick. Diesen hat man aus allen Zimmern. Auf der Außenterrasse kann man hervorragend grillen und den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Der Infinity-Pool ist atemberaubend. Wir können dieses Haus nur jedem empfehlen. Auf jeden Fall werden wir, sobald es geht, wiederkommen!

Enjoyed stay In St Paul de Vence.. The Airbnb is bright and peaceful. In current era of maps on phone the back narrow roads make such Airbnbs an easy option. The house itself had large windows in every room with the eating area and master being the highlights. Travelled with small dog who loved the large yard. The local grocery store Le Clerc a 5 minute drive down the hill was amazing – so we cooked in house and ate al la fresco. Lots of space and Airbnb is fully equipped. Also found the location in St. Paul de Vence ideal -- nice neighborhood -- not too far up the the hill and close to grocery store, large local mall, and up the hill arts and restaurants. Going it is often difficult to judge locations. Thank you to Jean who was available to help with any questions.

Thank you very much for the wonderful time at your terrific villa. This place exceeded our expectations: it is highly equipped, modern, beautiful, and cozy. The view and the garden are just stunning. We were choosing among several other villas, and we were definitely lucky to stay here. You truly feel at home. Every detail in this place is filled with great attention, soul, and love. The only small point was with the heated pool — although we paid for it in cash, the water (including at the supply holes) remained chilly, so we couldn’t tell or proof if it was actually heated. Other than that, it’s really impressive how well you take care of this villa. We were two families, six people in total, and a small dog. The direct access from the bedrooms to the garden was a perfect feature for our little fluffy friend. Thanks once again for your hospitality and thanks a lot for making our stay so enjoyable! 🤗

Nous avons étés très bien accueillis. La villa est spacieuse, sympathique et propre. Les enfants ont particulièrement apprécié la piscine. L'emplacement est aussi hyper pratique pour accéder rapidement aux autres localités environnantes. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et n'hésiterons pas à recommander ce lieu à nos amis! A fantastic place for a large group and three separate families. The space was amazing. The view was even better than the photos. The kitchen was so well equipped with lsrge amounts of glasses, plstes, cutlery and cooking dishes. Amazing find. Pricey but well worth the money.

The nicest Airbnb I have ever stayed at! Manon was extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay. When we arrived Manon greeted us with fresh pastries, fruit and wine, and gave us loads of information and recommendations for the area. The accommodation itself was stunning, spacious and clean, and the decor and artwork were incredible. The view from the terrace was breathtaking, especially at night. Everything we could possibly need was supplied, and even things we didn't know we needed! I would return in a heartbeat to this beautiful villa😊 Thanks Manon!

La propriété de Christopher et de sa maman est exceptionnelle. Elle possède un immense parc arboré, très très agréable. La Maison proposée est parfaitement indépendante, très propre et très fonctionnelle. Et en plus de tout ceci, l'accueil de Christopher et de sa maman a été vraiment très chaleureux et nous avons ressenti cette bienveillance chaque jour jusqu'à notre départ.

Die Villa und das Anwesen ist wunderschön. Wir waren 2 Familien mit 4 Kindern. Die Kommunikation verlief super und wir wurden freundlich empfangen. In der Villa standen bereits kühle Getränke, Snacks und ein kleines Geschenk zur Verfügung. Die Villa ist voll klimatisiert. Sehr zu empfehlen ist die tolle Sommerküche mit Plancha, sowie das Außenbad, mit direktem Blick auf den tollen Salzwasserpool. Der Pool ist super für Kleinkinder, zudem kann der Poolbereich abgetrennt und somit kindersicher gemacht werden. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Grasse ist sehr schön, auch als Parfümstadt bekannt. Zum Strand nach La Bocca (Cannes) sind es mit dem Auto ca. 20 min. Ist sehr unkompliziert. Ich kann dir Unterkunft bestens weiterempfehlen.

We had a great time at Bergerie St Andrieux. Each week for 4 weeks one of our children came to stay (along with their families). Each of them said how much they enjoyed their stay. The house was perfect for 2 families as the sleeping areas are completely separate (even 2 sets of stairs) so we weren't disturbed by children! The outside eating area was ideal - we ate all our meals there, including barbecue's and a couple of great wood-fired pizza evenings. The pool was excellent - it was separate from the house and secure so we didn't need to worry about the children and was large enough and deep enough to have a proper swim. The views from the house are stunning. It is difficult to take walks directly from the house but mostly a short drive will take you to the start of a good walk. And, Fatima was very friendly and helpful in dealing with the minor issues we encountered.

Marie and Dominque's home was stunning!!! The home was private, spacious and impeccably designed for a larger travel party. We were travelling with adult children and found the home extremely comfortable and it met our every need. The house is conveniently located near the Bay of Agay which had delicious patisseries and markets - it was a lovely walk for our morning croissants. The kitchen was a gourmet's dream and the views from every room were breath-taking. We cannot wait to come back!!!

De communicatie was heel hartelijk en persoonlijk, goede beschrijving hoe we binnen moesten komen en binnen lag alles klaar: een cadeau voor Moederdag, Carole had zelfs boodschappen gedaan zodat we ‘s avonds niets meer hoefden te regelen omdat op zondag de winkels dicht waren. Grote ruime tuin met heerlijk zwembad, gezellig ingericht huis, met genoeg mogelijkheid om zich ook even terug te trekken. Ook heel fijn dat er drie badkamers zijn! We voelden ons meer dan welkom.

Très belle villa sur les hauteurs de Théoule avec une vue à couper le souffle.

Moderne Wohnung, Aussicht vom Balkon einfach der Wahnsinn, Pool sauber und groß. Wohnung im Obergeschoss mit Klimaanlage und zwei neue Fernseher. Jean Jacques und Ingrida waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Haus liegt zwar an den Gleisen, die vorbei fahrenden Züge tagsüber haben uns aber gar nicht gestört. Sehr schöne Umgebung, viele Strände in der Nähe. Unterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert!!!

Très belle villa dans un cadre idyllique dans l'arrière pays Niçois. Un très beau coin de base pour des randonnées à pied ou à vélo ! la piscine est un plus pour se reposer après les journées sous le soleil. Nous étions avec des amis pour un weekend à vélo et avons passé un excellent séjour. Aude est très réactive et disponible. Elle nous a très bien accueilli et nous reviendrons avec plaisir une prochaine fois ! Merci !
