Monthly Rentals in Binondo

I had an excellent stay at Kyla’s unit. Ms. Kyla was very accommodating, especially with our late check-in. The location is highly convenient—walking distance to Ugbo, the mall, and several stores. My best friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!🤗

Dominique was a very responsive host, communicating with us before, during, and after our stay. She also accommodated our requests when possible. The place was perfect for our 3-day stay to tour Intramuros (which is just one short jeepney ride away), the National Museums, and Binondo. The restaurants and shops we wanted to visit in Binondo as recommended by vlogs are easily walkable from the AirBnB (as long as you can bear the heat outside), and we were able to leave our vehicle parked at the AirBnB so that we wouldn't have to fight the traffic. The AirBnB itself is well-represented by the photos. While there are signs of slight wear (e.g. some markings on the bathroom tiles, etc.), everything looked and smelled clean and was comfortable. We enjoyed staying here rather than in a hotel where we would be in separate rooms with no common area. If we ever plan to visit Binondo again, we'd definitely consider staying here again!
