Fully equipped kitchen with roof terrace (approx. 8 m²). Bathroom with shower. Large bed. TV corner with sofa bed for 1 person/2 children. A washer/dryer is available. Parking spot outside the house.

Complete ground floor of a detached house, with an area of 120 m2!!! (Bedroom No. 3 is in the basement of the house). The street is very quiet but also close to the Swiss border (Basel-Bourgfelden) and therefore Tram No. 3, and also Basel-Mulhouse airport (no flights between 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.). Villa Bellevue was completely renovated in early 2021, with a beautiful view of nature from the terrace, not overlooked. The coffee machine is a Bosch Tassimo brand.
