Amazing location. Beautiful luxury rooftop apartments. Amazing large windows with beautiful views. Highly recommend and looking forward to staying here again.

This was a fun, unique stay. My friend and I booked this as one night away from the city. It was perfect. It is right by the canal, offering a beautiful view of the water and streets above. This place is well situated in the older part of the city, but you have access to the train station within 15 minutes of booking. We did a walking tour of Utrecht and very much enjoyed our time there. The place itself inside somewhat feels like a basement, because, well, it sort of is one. The ceilings are sort of low, and most of the floor is cement. The bathroom and shower are sort of a strange set up. With all of that to say, the hosts have done an impressive job creating what once may have been a storage area into a great setup for guests. The bed was comfortable, and there was space for many more to stay if needed. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.

We spent a week staying in the Cosy Penthouse, using it as a base to do train trips to other cities and towns by rail , as well as explore Utrecht . The location was excellent for this. The apartment was lovely ,a lot of thought has gone into the design. It has everything you need and comfortable for sleeping and living in. The kitchenette was well equipped and good for preparing simple meals with supermarkets close by. Lars and Lester are excellent hosts, caring and responsive without being intrusive, and it is apparent how much they want you to enjoy your stay .

This place was perfect for our first time visiting Utrecht. It was comfortable, convenient and in a great location. We were able to cook dinner, go to the grocery store and do laundry easily as if we were at home. Lester was kind and answered all of our questions quickly. We’d definitely stay again!
