Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Bình Chánh

Gabriel and Justin are great hosts who were accomodating and were very responsive from the time we booked, until we checked out. We booked two flats (2703/2907) that were very clean, well furnished and were peaceful (no noise from neighbors or from outside). The location is fantastic, there's cafe downstairs, a 7/11 100m around the corner, local eateries all around, and you can walk to Bui Vien. If you want to go to Saigon Center it's a 7 min cab ride, or CBD (fancy area) it's only about 10 mins. Definitely recommend if you want a safe, clean and easy to access apartment(s) in District 1! was pleasently surprised with our stay at Julie's place. it was super nice has a rooftop pool and gym. Suites us well. having a washer and dryer is fantastic as well when you've been travelling for a a bit and have some washing to do.

Apartment was located in a tranquil private neighbourhood with convenience stores located right below. Rooms were clean and tidy. Phung personally came to pick me up when I arrived and was attentive and friendly. Even sat down to have a chat while I was waiting for the rest of my group to arrive. Had to book another room on last minute notice a couple of days later and she even offered to help me find one late at night. Great stay overall and would recommend to book with her!

It's well maintained apartment, clean, comfortable bed, nice ambience. While it feels remote, its actually near lots of attraction points with grab taxi. Host is very responsive, we had a little issue on the door lock alarm at 11pm and technician came in few minutes resolving the issue. Super recommended for families and group of friends!

This place is clean and fresh scent makes you feel like at home. The bathroom is clean without water leakage. The host is always responsive to the request. Highly recommended!

great place for great price

The location is close to the airport, a little far from the attractions, but it can be accessed by taxi.The interior is comfortable and has a washer and dryer for your convenience.

We loved our stay at the place, and not to mention to our lovely host! She was courteous and helpful even when we had trouble to keep our rented scooter in the garage! Would definitely highly recommend this stay if you guys want a quaint stay right in the heart of Saigon!

We stayed in this Airbnb for almost a week and had a great stay. The location is very central and you can reach everything from there. The balcony on the 5th floor was also a highlight!

It was a clean room and a good place to stay alone. I was very satisfied except for the inconvenience of having to go up to the 3rd floor and the hassle of having to use the narrow stairs and the shared washing machine. The host was also kind. It was so nice.

Don’t hesitate to book this place for your stay in Saigon. It’s a level above most Airbnbs and absolutely a better way to go than a hotel. These hosts will go above and beyond to ensure you are well looked after. 5 stars!

This is a perfect place to come in with friends: most of Saigon's tourist spots are close by, it's right next to Bui Vien street. It's still far enough that you don't hear any noise from the street, and is very well maintained inside, and cozy. The surroundings may be off-putting for some, but it's a short way inside, and you don't need to go from Bui Vien street if you don't want to.

my family with a group of fourteen person live in this building, the host is really helpful with us and provide all the things we need. the house is really aesthetic and photo-able. one of the problem is we need to deal with the stair but its also help us to reach the steps hehe other than that there is nothing to be picky about.

Very satisfied with their host’s quick response. Overall experience is good. I think I will book again for my next Vietnam trip.

Top notch stay in not far from the heart of District 1. The apartment was spacious, clean, and looked just like the photos. The beds were super comfortable and aircon was strong — we always left home feeling super well rested. The hosts were also very responsive and friendly. On the first night someone’s bed had a strange stain on it and the team was super quick to respond, replying immediately sending someone to change the sheets the next day. The apartment complex itself feels super luxurious and secure, featuring amenities like pools, gyms, and even a jacuzzi (though unfortunately didn’t have time to check them out). There was even a Pizza 4P’s outlet right downstairs which was super convenient 😍 Definitely recommend to anyone coming to Saigon!

Beautiful apartment situated in Ho Chi Minh, exceeded expectations!

We had a great stay at Lyn’s place. The apartment was conveniently located at District 1, and was easy to get to the places we wanted. Lyn was also extremely responsive and kind. We had some issues with the toilet heating and Lyn was extremely proactive, immediately sending her staff to get it sorted out for us. Overall it was a great stay, thanks Lyn for having us!

It was really good accommodation but drinking water was not provided and rest all was ok
