Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Bình Chánh

I've spent two weeks at Tonee's: I wanted a place that was central, but not too chaotic and noisy as it can happen in D1. The room was minimal, but had all the comforts I needed and a great wifi connection: most important thing for me as a digital nomad. In conclusion: Tonee's place was perfect for my needs and I am very satisfied. Tonee has been always very kind and she even invited me to have dinner with her family which I've greatly appreciated!

The place is quiet and well located, it will give you a stay in suburban feeling. Just 9 kilometer away from down town district 1 and easy to access everywhere.

Minh was great. When we arrived, he had a problem with the room we had booked and he moved us (by taxi paid by him) to another place. A much larger apartment with a living room, bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen. When we arrived, since we couldn't use the wifi, he called a technician who changed the router in 10 minutes. It also allowed us to add a second night at the same price as the first room and was full of suggestions on nearby activities. I highly recommend it to those who want to visit Saigon based in Cholon.

This is a very nice place, beautifully decorated and super friendly and helpful hosts. Everything was super clear and there was very active contact to make sure everything was to our liking - and that it definitely was. The area is not the most central and it can be a bit of a walk especially if it is that hot like when we were there. But on the flipside there are plenty of local, nice places to discover nearby. Very dynamic and busy area, although the apartment itself is in a calm alley. We loved the place and can highly recommend to anyone, from solo travellers to a family of 4 like we were.

We stayed at Truong's for a week and never once regretted our choice of accommodation. the house is located on a quiet street, opposite a beautiful Buddhist temple. While we lived in the house, we were never disturbed by anyone. The room was very comfortable and cozy. The kitchen next door had everything we needed to cook on our own. In general, we felt at home! A huge thank you to the hostess for staying in touch and helping us in every way possible. If we go to Ho Chi Minh City again, we will stay at Truong's again!

Great stay. Neat and clean just like the photos on the app. Squeaky clean bathrooms. Easy to find location. Smooth and hassle free checkin and checkout . Will definitely book again.

Our host waited for us and met with us outside the building unit even after a 2-hour flight delay! That was past 2am! But every step of the way, during and after, our host was communicative and helpful, always making it easy and comfortable to ask for any help or suggestions during our stay in HCMC. Definitely will come back in the future! Thank you for allowing my group to have a home away from home!
