The location of the stay is within the small allley, but it can be easily found with the address provided by host when you taking grab or taxi. There are many food stalls along the alley in this area, including some fruit stalls and banh mi stall (morning) right in front of the home stay. There are many more food stalls if you walk around the area. Overall the place ia very clean, and with modern design. The bed was quite comfortable. If you have more than two guests, you will sleep on the extra mattress provided or the sofa bed. There is drinking water provided in the room, so you don't have to boil water yourself. In the night, some noise of the motorcycle passing by is expected. But it was not that bad. The host is very nice to us, she offered us many help, including booking a taxi/grab. They let us to stay at the café at ground floor when we need to wait for the another 2 hours for checking in the next home stay. I would say this stay is totally worth the price. :)

One of the best option to feel Saigon spirit. Located on the 1st floor in a typical Vietnamese house. It was clean and quiet despite the fact it's 2 min from Bui Vien street :) I enjoyed the experience and I recommend it to everyone. Chi is very friendly and suppotive <3

Had a fantastic stay at the Botanist Lab. The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Check in was easy and simple. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. I was a bit worried that the place would not look like the photos, but the photos that the host posted online is exactly what you'll get. Rooms are very quiet and you can't hear a thing from outside. I had my wedding during this trip, and with Vietnamese weddings there are certain traditions that you need to follow. One of the traditions was bringing presents from the grooms house to the brides house. I wanted to use this beautiful home as the grooms house. I had requested the staff to allow me to decorate the entrance with a small gate and some flowers and they were very accommodating and went above to ensure everything went smoothly on our special day. Overall, I had a great experience staying at the Botanist Lab. I will most likely book this listing again the next time I come back. 10/10

門口有一間在地河粉，當早餐還不錯，還有一間烤肉的店，味道很香！也美味 地點方便而且不吵鬧，離機場車程也不遠 房東有耐心且和善，積極的協助房客的問題，室內佈置很溫馨，許多植物，又有可愛的廚房可以使用

호치민 시내 관광지역의 복잡환 환경과 베트남 특색이 없는 아파트먼트 숙소에서 여행을 보내고 싶지 않아 이 숙소를 선택했습니다. 베트남 현지 주민들이 주로 살고 있는 높은 형태의 주택. 1층 2층 모두 테라스는 아름다운 경험을 갖게 했습니다. 더위에 불편함이 전혀 없도록 1층에는 에어컨과 대형 선풍기, 2층에는 방마다 에어컨이 있어 오히려 추위를 느꼈습니다. 화장실도 1층 2층 모두 있어 편리했습니다. 1층 샤워실에서는 뜨거운물이 정말 잘 제공되어 행복했습니다. 냉장고와 세탁기의 성능도 너무 좋아 1주일 동안 숙박하는데 불편함이 전혀 없었습니다. 숙소 앞에는 구글맵에 나오지 않는 현지 로컬 시장이 있어 간식과 채소, 생선과 해산물을 사서 집에서 직접 요리를 해서 먹을 수 있었습니다. Coop 슈퍼마켓, 약국도 가까워 필요한 물품은 언제든지 구매해서 사용할 수 있었습니다. 도보로 10분 거리에 맛있는 쌀국수 집들이 있어 아주 맛있게 먹었습니다.(Pho Yen, Pho Lam) 롯데마트는 그랩으로 10분 거리에 있어 필요한 물건은 가까운 거리에서 구매할 수 있었습니다. 현지 주민들의 생활 지역으로 Tet기간을 맞아 새해 자정을 넘어갈 때에는 골목마다 폭죽을 터뜨려 불꽃놀이를 즐겼습니다. 전 세계 어디에서도 경험할 수 없는 소중한 시간 이었습니다. 가장 기억에 남는 추억은 옆집 가족과의 교류 입니다. 매일같이 화분에 물을 주던 옆집 아저씨는 저희 아들에게 Tet을 맞아 과자와 음료수를 주셨습니다. 저희는 보답으로 아저씨의 2명의 자녀들을 위해 Tet 용돈 봉투와 수박을 선물해 드렸습니다. 아저씨는 다시 보답으로 저희 아들에게 Tet 용돈 봉투와 베트남 전통 떡 케이크를 주셨습니다. 이 기억은 정말 소중한 경험이었습니다. 이 숙소는 2~3일 호치민 단순 관광을 위해 숙박하는 사람들에게는 추천하지 않습니다. 지역 주민과 현지 진짜 체험을 하고 싶은 분들에게 추천합니다. 아. 추가로 집 앞에 카페의 커피도 맛있습니다. 단돈 16K 동 입니다.

The cost is really valuable to a private house at downtown in HCMC, I will be book again

I was impressed by the design of Wabi Sabi when I was looking for a hideaway place even though it is newly listed. That turned out a very enjoyable stay with a very beautiful room, comfy bed, and sunshine. Thank you Hoa, our host, for super clear guidance and for always being supportive during our stay. If you need a home to visit around Go Vap, or just simply a hideaway night, highly recommend Wabi Sabi. And don’t forget to turn your Ghibli playlist on, that’s perfect match with the home’s design 🤍

I was quite surprised to see that the house was very beautiful, the house was more beautiful than in the pictures, clean and always fragrant, there was a laundry room and a place to dry clothes right in the room, there was a hair dryer, iron, movie projector, the host very friendly and responded quickly.
