Villa vacation rentals in Binangonan

We stayed at here over a Friday and Saturday need to celebrate our daughters 18th. The host, Avy communicated well, eager to assist, and the onsite Caretaker was helpful, ready to sort any issues (minor) that we had, without being intrusive. We had a recce prior to the booking date to check the venue out and were shown around by the Caretaker Sam. The place is very spacious, and we ended up using only 4 out of the 6 rooms, which was plenty for the 25odd pax. Sam came in after the first day to reset/spruce up the place and bedrooms were cleaned. As mentioned earlier the decor could do with some TLC as the open area downstairs, ie karaoke, kitchen/dining and pool table/garage looks to have suffered from successive party decorations damage, but once our chosen caterer had readied the place this was not really a problem for us. The pools were crystal clear and very clean. Thanks Avy & Sam for your assistance, we had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at Villa Varoa.

I’ve stayed in this property 6 times now as I attend business in Greater Manila. Beautiful villa with all you could need for a stay Really clean, comfortable and modern. Claudine manages all your name as housekeeper. Michiel and Rizza who own the property are incredible helpful and responsive. Really safe and secure location. Close to all key motorways for easy access to all major local cities. Could not recommend more highly.

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed the place with everything it had to offer. It was exactly as the photos showed and we were shocked at how well-maintained the place was. We were able to play boardgames and just the arcade which was extremely fun. At night we were able to also use the kitchen supplies and they all worked perfectly. We had the best time!

Peaceful escape with a great view! The place is located on a high point in Antipolo. The host was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. Just a heads-up: the road going up is quite steep, so it’s best to come prepared if you’re driving. Overall, we had a great stay. Thank you for hosting us!

Me and my friends definitely had a great time staying here. Although we find it quite expensive for to be honest as the place needs some fixing like the water pressure was too weak; and the aircon pressure on one room was really poor even it’s on its lowest temperature. But overall, we had fun, location is awesome, and near to a lot of establishments like groceries, cafe, hospital, etc. Thanks!

We stayed here for one night as a group of 18 people, and the experience was truly great! The house was very clean, the pool water was well-maintained, and the kitchen had all the necessary utensils and equipment. We were warmly welcomed by the two Ate's who assisted us throughout our stay. They were incredibly kind and helpful, and they made sure all our concerns were addressed. Their hospitality really made our stay more enjoyable. The property itself is spacious — we especially loved how close it is to the lake and how large the garden is. There’s also a basketball court, as well as areas for ping pong and billiards. Sulit na sulit talaga!

If you’re looking to unwind and reconnect with nature, this resort is the perfect escape. The views are absolutely stunning— the air is fresh, the ambiance is serene, and it’s the kind of place where you can finally breathe and slow down. A must-visit for nature lovers and anyone needing a true break from the city noise. Also, kuyas were really accommodating and literally one call away when we needed help or something to buy despite having to climb up and down 148 steps just to get to the main villa. Great job!

Great place if you want a huge space and homey vibe. Beds are enough for a lot of people. I’ve read a lot of reviews saying the place has not been maintained, but for an old house I would say it’s pretty decent and actually nice. So glad that the host was very accommodating - they let me visit the place and see it for myself before actually booking in the app. Just had a bit of trouble with security since it’s inside AFPOVAI with lots of entrance gates, but later on we discovered that there are alternative gate/s that are more accessible. Lastly, just like what most of the reviews said — the ate’s were great and very dependable during the stay. It’s just a bit hard to contact them remotely but during the stay I don’t have any complaints.

Our family celebrated my father's 80th birthday at Mi Terraza. We enjoyed every minute of our stay there, & even extended our time for a few more hours. Highly recommended place, very peaceful. Perfect for intimate celebrations. We had so much fun staying at the place.

We had such a relaxing and intimate stay—exactly what we were hoping for. The space was cozy, beautifully maintained, and offered the perfect atmosphere for unwinding and enjoying some quiet time together. Sir Eladio was incredibly accommodating and responsive, making us feel welcome from the moment we booked. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and were always available if we had any questions or needs during our stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, nature-filled, and memorable getaway.

Pros: - The place is nice and no neighbors around the place so you can get loud without bothering the others. - Place is nice and perfect for reunions. - Even though there's no aircon inside, the room is still cozy at night and can accommodate large groups. - "DALI" is just 5mins walking distance so you can buy necessities if you forgot some. - Free use of gas range and griller so you can cook your own foods. - Lots of socket around the room so you can charge anywhere. Cons: - No wifi in area, and also signal is kind of weak. Would be nice if there's is a free wifi - No heated showers. Also nice to have if you are staying in a place with cold weather - Not the cleanest toilet and shower, but can be improve more. Not really a con, but expect many kinds of insects since there were lots of plants around the area. Also there are cats but you need to be attentive at times or else they will steal your food. Overall place is nice and perfect for chilling with friends and relaxing vacation

We had a wonderful family vacation here! The place is very private and quiet—ideal for relaxing and enjoying time together. It’s exactly as advertised, cozy and comfortable, and you really get what you pay for. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

We've enjoyed our stay, we're here for my Brother's graduation, and they'd love the no curfiew karaoke. All rooms are aircondioned, and you can ask the caretaker for some cooking pan, and kaldero. You might want to bring your own kumot for sleep, kawali, kaldero, dishwasing liquid, sponge pang hugas ng pinaglutuan, and some basic toiletries ofcorse. We recommend Villa Rhodora for family outing&friends hangouts!

Enjoyed our stay here for our team building, we are 15 pax. Malinis, maganda, and malaki ang place. We have enough space para magpalaro. The pool looks small in the picture but enough naman sya if di naman maghapon magbababad, also malalim din sya. Rooms are enough for us, may sofas pa, di rin naman kami sabay mga natulog. Sobrang gamit yung billiard sa taas and the view is giving. Gamit na gamit din yung karaoke. Kitchen is so good, we have everything we needed. It was nice to out outside since may long table and extra chairs good for 15 pax. We had bonfire outside, it was fun naman, great experience. The caretaker is kind and one call away for our needs. All in all, great experience. Definitely recommended!

The villa is very spacious. I really like the ambiance. Though there is an opportunity to work on the landscape of the place especially in the front and the side upon entering the villa. I would recommend the villa to friends and family.

The place is very nice, comfortable and accessible.. The beddings are clean.. The pool water is very pleasant to swim in, it doesn’t sting the eyes, no strong smell.. The couch in Villa 1 could use an upgrade.. They don’t have a stove yet but they improvised 2 butane stove at the bar outside,, it just rained almost our whole stay, so we need to bring the food from the bar to the villa with umbrella but the staff are super helpful and nice.. They assisted us in everything we need.. Will definitely go back.. Thanks a lot to the owners!

The caretaker was very nice. We had problems with water during our stay but they were proactive in resolving the situation. We even ended up extending our stay because of the situation and they were nice enough to improvise a solution with the next booking.
