Arleen&Anne are excellent hosts. They make you feel welcomed and take the time to meet you and explain everything in person. Their attention to detail is commendable. Their place is very clean and comfortable, and has everything you need and more. We also love that it smells so good. It is also convenient with the Venice mall within 2 minutes of walking and the Uptown Mall, Mitsukoshi Mall, Landers, etc. just a short Grab ride away. We recommend their place and would come back when we are in the area again.

The place was conveniently close to a lot of places to eat and do. Easy transportation. Had a place you can take walks and relax. Pool was great. Host were very quick with requests and very accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and we definitely will come back when we are in the area.

Nice place. Very clean and spacious. Love the sunset view in the balcony. Nice pool. My niece loved it and doesn’t want to go home. The air conditioning is perfect and the tv is big. An amazing place to stay in Manila! This was my very first time going into this beautiful country and I would recommend this Airbnb if you would like to feel safe and have a luxury place at the heart of Manila. The most amazing thing about this place was the view! From sunrise to sunset. Waking up with that view I felt right at home Also the instructions were clear and easy to understand and staff were nice at all times

So I had pretty much established a pattern of staying at Savoy when I come to MNL, I always got the extra large suite that had a great view. Well, that pattern is officially broken. This place is everything that that suite was and more! It's bigger, it's nicer, and it has a great view. I mean, honestly, this is a luxury apartment, and unlike some, I don't use the word 'luxury' lightly. The bathroom is huge and everything in the apartment is super nice and comfortable. There's several places to eat easily in walking distance and if you're into night life, there's some bars nearby. It's not far from the airport, but once you're in the apartment, it feels like you're a million miles away; the neighborhood is good and generally peaceful, but it is a lively area, so expect a little bit of noise sometimes. Still, once you're in the apartment, it feels like you're far away from much of the hustle and bustle of MNL. I will absolutely be back, because this is my new MNL/Makati spot for sure!

This is my second time staying at Veronica's place and I can definitely recommend them whenever youre staying in or around Eastwood. The unit is spotless, easily accessible, convenient since everything you'll need is within walking distance, staff are friendly and the host is very thoughtful, respectful and attentive. They always make sure to respond on time whenever you have any questions or concerns and they go out of their way to make sure you have everything you'll need to have a enjoyable time at their unit. I have stayed here several times throughout the year and can't say enough good things about the unit. my second home in Manila that I ll always keep coming back to! From steps away from countless restaurants, shopping, malls, bars, convenience store, massage right downstairs that open until 3am, rooftop pool, sauna, gym, even has karaoke in the unit! Highly recommended but book early to avoid disappointment! Thank you Mr. Ranilo and his team always for the great hospitality!

Very quick and responsive hosts always quick to help in an emergency, immediately replace broken computer chair, always very warm and helping fix situations, has very helpful cleaning service during my entire stay of over a month. Easy to contact and solve any problems. Thank you! Condominium Lobby personnel receptionist door men security extremely courteous and greeting you, assisting you when you check in and out plus helps you et to the elevator floor you need to got to. Loading and unloading to the lobby is very convenient and accessible. Great view of the city during New Year's eve fireworks. Very quiet highest floor, Immediate literally next door to the Venice Canal Mall full of restaurants and coffee shops, across the street to several ATM machines. Overall a great location and place to stay for my entire Christmas holiday and till Feb. 2025

Andrew and his cohosts were very responsive to all request/ questions I had. We loved his place, probably my favorite place we stayed at in the Philippines (we stayed at 4 places). It’s very spacious for our group (4 adults, 2 children). Walkable to many restaurants and malls. We walked to a new coffee shops every morning. And so easy to take grab every day. Center of many places which was one of the main reason I booked it. The only thing I would note would probably to update the leather couch in the living room as it’s not fully intact anymore and pokes at our thighs when sitting down. Maybe better to have an L style couch to utilize the space and provide more seating. Also would be nice to have a TV in the bedrooms. Other than that, we enjoyed staying here and the pool areas were also very beautiful. I would definitely stay here again.

My family stayed in the unit most of the time while I did meetings outside. Overall, there were no complaints from them and the kids loved the place especially the bathtub. We had to extend an additional night and Christia was super helpful to arrange another unit for us. If there’s anything to recommend is to upgrade cleaning tools as some are already worn out. Nonetheless, it was a place worth every penny for us or even more. We would be considering to go back to this place when we go to Manila. Kudos!

A good place to stay when you’re in the metro. Felt like home and the place has a lot of food options nearby. The hosts are proactive and give clear instructions for checkin and checkout. I would love to stay again in this place in the near future.
