Larry was very responsive.We had an issue with the AC unit, it actually needed to be replaced.Larry graciously offered us two free additional nights for our inconvenience. Very quiet,very well located.

Heidi puts the H in hospitality!!! She was super communicative but not in your face. She was a font of knowledge about the area but only offered when we asked or to help us solution/answer a question. Her and her husband were very flexible and worked with us to make our stay absolutely perfect. In the listing they mention the railroad crossing and the train. I have to say here, the train is a very soft background noise, and should not be a concern at all. My wife is a very light sleeper, and it did not bother her in the least bit. We were there for well over a month. This place is on a nice quiet cul-de-sac, where the neighbors are attentive but largely mind their own business. (If that makes sense). Walk out into the road In front of the house, look right, and you can see the gulf!!! Easy walk to toes in the water. Xtra perk…1 block to the left = a microbrewery. The biggest oaktree I have ever seen, covered in Spanish moss, is in the back yard. Idyllic gulf coast peace = this

Dave's place was within walking distance to the beach. Really good restaurants in the surrounding area and numerous things to do. I stayed 30 days with a couple of friends and l like to cook. Have stayed previously for the same amount of time in other cities via AIRBNB and could have used some additional miscellaneous kitchen items for cooking purposes. Minimal space for storing clothes etc in the bedrooms other than the large closets which were nice for items to hang.
