It is located on a huge natural plot of 2500 sqm - completely undisturbed and with peace and nature right outside the door.

Beautiful home (year 2020) in a very unique location. Located right down to the water with its own sandy beach and where you can swim all year round. The accommodation contains a sauna with a window to the water, from which you can really enjoy the view of the calm water while completely disconnecting. The house also has 3 canoes/kayaks and associated life jackets, so you can enjoy one of Denmark's largest lakes, which is also connected to the Gudenåen. You can also fish directly from the house, as the lake is rich in fish.

Bathroom with toilet and washing machine + dryer. The cottage has a lovely terrace with beautiful views of the fields. There is a garden table and chairs, as well as a barbecue. Log house! A real cottage/vacation home, where it exudes grandmotherly coziness! No TV or internet, but lots of books and games (there is a good 4G connection). It is cozy when the wood stove is lit, the house can also be heated with the heat pump, heating can be started before arrival. 200 meters down to Fønsvig, where there is a beach, as well as a small bathing jetty, where you can just grab a morning dip. If you like fishing, you can go out and catch sea trout, as well as other fish species.
