We were greeted in a very friendly manner and received clear instructions, which made the stay pleasant from the beginning. Particularly noteworthy is the great pool area, which offered us many opportunities to spend time full of fun. The garden house with the well-equipped kitchen was also a highlight. The house is spacious and offers a lot of space, which was especially pleasant as we were a group of 9 people. The five toilets and three bathrooms were a big plus and made the stay very comfortable for everyone. Everything was very clean, and everything was really thought of – from A to Z everything was available to us. We had a great five days and can only recommend the accommodation.

Amazing holiday house on small Croatian island

We stayed here for 6 nights in summer holidays, we’d never been to the island before. We wanted somewhere quiet and peaceful to enjoy quality time with our son and it was exactly what we got. Check in was simple & easy, Zlatko arranged our bags to be taken to the house. The location was perfect, we walked to the beach everyday, twice a day. There is a bakery at the port you can walk to for fresh bread and pastries. We also ate and drank at the beach bar. The house has everything you need to self cater, we loved making dinner then sitting out and star gazing in the evening. We also used the garden a lot whilst our son napped, there’s sun lounges and an outdoor shower. The bed was comfy and it’s so quiet at night, we slept so well. We’d recommend to other guests and would book again when returning to the island. Thank you.

We had the best time staying at Bruno’s apartment. The place is so well equipped to feel right at home. Beds are super comfortable, place is very clean and kitchen has plenty of cooking equipment to make your own meals while travelling. The building has an elevator to make things easier with luggage. We seriously wish we booked to stay longer but never expected our stay to be that great. The location is perfect with lots os shops and cafes around and also across the road you will find a mini fully gated soccer field for kids to run around when feeling bored. Bruno is an amazing host! Great communicator, super helpful and very kind. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Fabulous Villa, was the perfect location for relaxing and popping into Split for sightseeing. Ubers are frequent and reliable, for anytime or advanced booking, even for 6seaters. Despite a slight confusion at check in the host was very attentive and responsive and accommodating. Everything was clean and functional, and we felt comfortable and at home for the entire stay. Big plus was all the towels provided! We loved the views, and the hot tub and pool were perfection. I think it would be a bit tight for 8 adults, but for 5 it was great. The tortoise family were amazing, we loved feeding them in the morning. The surrounding town is also lovely to walk around, with a supermarket and cafe nearby. Antônios was a good restaurant for our last night. The villa is a 20min ride to Klis Fortress and 20-30 to Split. Would recommend Villa Roko again and again, it added to special memories of my milestone birthday trip with friends. Toptip: Bring mosquito deterrent/spray!

Amazing Villa Pavelin Split Kastela

A group of 6 students from the UK rented the entire property for 10 days. I don't think the photographs do the property justice as the pool area with outdoor kitchen was better equipped than expected. We were all pleasantly surprised to find a quality outdoor table tennis table and area to have a kick around with a football at the lowest part of the garden. I also made use of the spin bike, foam roller and kettle bell collection in the games room on the ground floor. With Lidl and Spar only a short 10 min walk away we spent a great deal of time in the villa. On one day when the weather was stormy, we were able to rest up from the night out before in Split and watch a movie on the good quality smart TV's until the rain passed. May I also add that the beds were very comfy and with the external shutters closed, could be made very dark. Matko was a great host keeping us well informed and making us feel right at home. He even treated us to wine and pancakes during our stay.

All nine of us had a great stay at Andrej’s! The house and the pool was super clean and looked just like the pictures. Beautiful and tidy kitchen as well as all three bathrooms! The drive to Zadar took around 20 min so we definitely recommend a car. We will be back for sure!

We spent 5 nights in Ivan and Suzanas apartment and are very happy about everything. They were very kind and helpful, and the home is just like the pictures. I loved the area and the fact that you could walk around the whole island. Also close to Split and Trogir, which was important for us.
