Perfect location for visiting Rouen. Direct and quick access to the docks and the city center (less than 15 minutes). Bus (TEOR) 100 m from the accommodation, every 8 minutes to Rouen. Free parking spaces at the foot of the accommodation. This place isn't suitable for people with reduced mobility, the living rooms are upstairs. No smoking, except on the terrace. This place is for guests only. The organization of parties, birthdays, meetings or any other type of gathering will be systematically refused or canceled.

Completely renovated, this townhouse is the former writing workshop of the famous Norman poet Francis Yard. Located on the 1st floor, it is above a garage, on the other side of our garden and has its own entrance from the street. It is ideally located in the Jouvenet district, quiet and residential and close to the historic heart of Rouen (a 20-minute walk) and Flaubert high school. It is a 4 minute walk to the Boulingrin metro and bus station which serves the whole aglo.
