The stay at Sonia's went very well. Quiet, pleasant and easy to access thanks to multiple bus lines. There are small convenience stores, the accommodation is comfortable and the bed is great! I have fond memories of my week in Déville. Small tips for future travelers: there was some stealing of kitchen knives and peelers so having a Swiss/Opinel knife on you is not a bad idea. For the rest, Sonia is a very pleasant, accommodating and caring person. I recommend it:)

The studio could not be better located, right in the heart of Rouen and has a stunning view of the St. Ouen Church! We could walk our dog in the garden just across the road at all times of day.

El Beuf is not a city of action and excitement. It a city of diverse culture and deep history. Everything is within walking distance and the location provided a great cross breeze to keep me and my family cool inside the home. My host was responsive and even attempted to resolve my internet issues (as I work remotely). Although we did not get it fully resolved, it means a lot that my host made the attempt. The unit is at the center of town, so as a disclaimer: There are pigeons, but they won't bother you if you don't bother them 😁. I recommend this place with 5 stars, and would rent again.

Great location as it was not in a busy neighborhood but was still very close and walkable to the main areas of the city. Great sized kitchen for two people and worked well for a month. On colder days being able to run the heaters was nice and being able to open the windows on warmer days for a breeze. Overall, really enjoyed the space and the beds were extremely comfortable.

Cozy and very nice apartment (super clean). It is very well located (20 min walk to the train station and 5 min to the banks of the Seine). Marie-Laure allowed us to arrive well before the scheduled departure time, and communication is very easy. Very easy check-in thanks to the key box.
