Nice renovated fisherman's house

We had a wonderful stay in Merrien, Bretagne, at Claudine’s beautifully restored old fisherman’s house. The home is full of charm and character and is fully equipped with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the terraces on both sides of the house, perfect for enjoying the sun at any time of day. Our kids loved the net inside the house. They spent hours lounging and playing there. The location is amazing — peaceful, close to nature, and just steps from the harbor. We went paddleboarding (2 boards are available at the house), did some fishing and even found beautiful seaglass on the beach during low tide. One of the highlights was walking parts of the GR34 trail nearby and picking up fresh oysters from the little shop at the harbor. Claudine was a thoughtful, sympathetic and welcoming host, and everything was spotless and well cared for. This was truly a great experience, and we would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and authentic Breton escape.

In addition, the advice given regarding the shops in the town is very relevant and allowed us to fully enjoy the city. A very nice break.

Pretty little atypical and very pleasant house, located in an exceptional environment. Well equipped, (filter coffee machines, 1 pod machine, kettle, toaster, dishes, etc... well heated, there is everything you need. Outdoor furniture etc... You can walk to the various nearby restaurants, all by the sea. Pharmacy nearby. A car is necessary for shopping and bread a few kilometers away. Nathalie and her mom are lovely hosts. Thanks to them for letting us enjoy this little gem. We'll be back.

The accommodation is in a very good location with a beautiful view of the port of Treboul. The city center is easily accessible on foot and for hiking enthusiasts, the GR passes at the foot of the apartment. Pascale and Thierry were very welcoming and accommodating on schedules and the apartment was very nice.

very design and pretty, tilt sofas and full TV channels . in the city center and everything is beautiful in Finistere. You just have to change the duvet because super synthetic is too hot impossible to manage the hot cold. and revisit the staircase too steep for an elderly person, a very small one, or an aging animal. and add some cutlery. Thank you so much.
