This new single-storey house welcomes you to Combrit Ste-Marine, a typical village bordered by the Odet River and its coasts offering breathtaking ocean views. South-facing, with a 500 m² garden located in a small quiet subdivision. The total area is 100 m², of which 90 m² is accessible to guests. Our house is located on the beach: from all the rooms you will have panoramic ocean views. It is pleasant in all seasons: bathed in sunshine in summer and cozy in winter thanks to the stove. You can explore the entire Bigouden region along the nearby coastal trails, visit Guilvinec, Penmarc'h, Pont l'Abbé, take surf lessons at La Torche... or just do nothing and contemplate the ocean from the veranda.
