You will have 57 m2 with a bedroom, mezzanine living room, kitchen open to the living room, bathroom with SPA bath, separate toilet and fully equipped private garden. The building is the oldest on the site, it dates from 1833 and has sheltered calves and tractors in the past. You will find the authenticity of the place with today's amenities. The cottage has 3 rooms: kitchen/living room with satelite tv and wifi, bathroom with toilet and italian shower, bedroom with double bed (1.60 x 2.00) There is a baby bed on request. There is both a terrace in the sun and in the shade with garden furniture. Breakfast is possible but not inclusive. The charming city Quimper is nearby. IMPORTANT !!! In the months of July and August 2025, only bookings from Saturday to Saturday will be accepted.

Charming 18th century house, at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a small hamlet, a true haven of peace, in the countryside, 10 minutes' drive from the sea. Close to Audierne and its port, Pont-Croix and its small town of character, as well as Douarnenez, Pointe du Raz, Quimper. The house consists of four bedrooms including a master bedroom with sink and shower, three other bedrooms upstairs as well as two toilets and a bathroom with bathtub, with a large wooded garden.
