This is a truly beautiful property. Wonderful views of the ocean from this beautiful space and patio. The condo is decorated beautifully and the space was so comfortable. The two master bathrooms with tubs were wonderful. The team handled a maintenance issue quickly and with kindness. Cayucos is a charming beach town and a great place for us to stay while visiting our son at Cal Poly. Highly recommend this space!

This is a cute little place in a nice location in Morro Bay. It's very walkable to shops and restaurants and parking is easy. A few things to note- the bedroom with one queen bed is quite small so the door did not close because the bed was blocking it. The $145 cleaning fee is also very high, especially if you only stay one night.

We had an amazing stay here! The place was super clean, modern, and felt really cozy. Everything looked exactly like the photos. The location is perfect—right in Capitola Village and just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The hosts were great and very attentive, quick to respond, and made everything super easy from check-in to checkout. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Great location on Santana Row with cafes and restaurants within a short walk. We only used the kitchen for breakfast. It was suitable for other meals, too. The two BRs and two BAs were useful. Note that the 3rd bed is upstairs next to the master. We enjoyed relaxing on the couch and watching TV.

This was the a great place to stay for a short work trip. The unit is a first floor private studio apartment with its own private bathroom and kitchen in a small apartment building. There is controlled access to the overall building as well as a key to the room. It is convenient walking distance from everything on Castro as well as the Caltrain station. As others mention, the main drawback was the noise, but I actually found it easier to sleep that way. The kitchen is stocked with some basic food items and breakfast like bagels, yogurt, fruit, coffee pods. It is an older building and unit that I thought had character. Very clean and comfortable.

I just had the best stay at an Airbnb with my two teenage granddaughters, and my highest priority is their safety. I can't say enough good things about how safe and clean it was! Right from the start, I felt comfortable with all the safety measures in place. Knowing my granddaughters would be safe gave me peace of mind from the moment I walked in, and I'm sure it will do the same for you. And let me tell you, the place was spotless! The host puts a lot of effort into keeping everything clean and welcoming. I appreciated fresh linens, tidy spaces, and a vibe instantly made you feel at home. Plenty of sanitation supplies were around, making me feel even better. Even my granddaughters love this place. If you're looking for a cozy spot that's safe and clean, I highly recommend this Airbnb! The place was as described. It is located close to stores and casual-dining restaurants. I found it to be ideal for a work-trip , where one wants to stay in and prepare meals instead of going out. The proximity to the major street is not a noise issue for sleeping, as the bedroom faces the back of the building.

Michael sent clear instructions and guidance to find the location and how to access the place. Upon arrival, the place was as listed. We feel the photos made the place look smaller than what was actually there. It's a quiet neighborhood but just far enough that it's walkable to the downtown area and train station. We would come back again should we need a place to stay while we explore the area.

Incredible. Easily one of the best AirBnBs we have ever stayed in. Perfectly clean, full of amenities. Anything that we might want was there.

Our stay at Kimber and Mike's place was great- perfect space. My wife and I were checking out UC Santa Cruz with our daughter, and this apartment was a much better option than conjoined rooms in a hotel. When you close the bedroom door, the person(s) sleeping in the living room has their own half bath to use at night or in the morning without having to go into the master. The kitchenette was really nice to have as well. Feels recently renovated, sparkling clean, super-cozy. Quiet neighborhood, and everything's pretty close in Santa Cruz. Kimberly and Mike are excellent hosts- we'll be back for sure!

It was great experience. The room was extremely clean and spacious, and the host, Roman, was truly deserving of the title 'superhost' with his kindness and quick response.

This place was so cute and comfortable to stay in. It has that cottage feel and is very cozy and private. Outside is a patio area that you can sit in to enjoy the sun during the warmer weather. Location is very ideal if you want to do quick trips to SLO, Pismo, Avila or head south to Solvang. Sylvia was very helpful and quick to answer questions about the place. I really recommend staying here for a central coast getaway!

I’ve been staying at Airbnb’s for more than 10 years and Bill’s casita is one of my absolute favorites. I thought the beds were comfortable, surroundings peaceful, kitchen was useful - and feeding the goats with my daughter and hot tubbing were such a fun experience. I also appreciated the coffee and snacks, which feels above and beyond. This is how Airbnb used to be :)

The condo was very clean and comfortable. Lawrence was quick to respond when we had a question. There are restaurants within walking distance and grocery stores and good coffee within a mile. We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to stay here again.

Stayed here a few times and always seek out this host. The space is conveniently located to the mall and public transportation. The Airbnb is perfect size for a solo traveler or couple and has a very comfortable bed. The private patio is great for coffee in the mornings too. Highly recommend this place. the host also check-in to ensure your stay is wonderful. Will be back again!
