Everything you need is present in the big house. Romain is very friendly and responds immediately to all your questions. We had no hot water at one point and Romain came by immediately. Super host and stay, with a perfect price/quality ratio. RECOMMENDED!

The photos are perfectly similar to the property. The arrival is guided in detail and it was very easy to find the cottage. Self check-in is great if you're coming from far away and arriving late! The accommodation is close to all amenities, 15 minutes' drive from the sea! Despite some issues with the jacuzzi, the host was very understanding, pleasant and available throughout our weekend stay. Small + for the very spacious shower and the coffee available that feels good in the morning! I recommend it.

I had a great time at Véronique and Philippe's, who are extremely kind hosts! It was like home. My little dog Lady and I were in a real cocoon and were hosted very well! The location is great (10 minutes from Caen) and lots of shops nearby. Walks can also be done on foot in the village. I'll be back! Thank you so much Véronique and Philippe.

The apartment offered is so soothing. The decoration of the apartment gives it a certain character and a sweetness that I cannot explain. I felt like it was my home, I wanted to stay there longer. Details of decorative objects that make their effects. A clean apartment, with linens and bathroom amenities available. I would definitely stay again!

As others have mentioned this is an excellent holiday flat and superb base from which to explore Normandy and the beautiful city of Caen. The flat is clean, comfortable and is very well equipped for self-catering though the nearby town center bars and restaurants may tempt you out at little more that you planned. Highlights include secure and convenient parking, excellent bathroom and shower, comfortable bed and the bonus of a lovely private garden to kick back while sampling the local calvados in the evening. As mentioned the flat is very central with a five minute walk into the center for fresh bread and croissants in the morning. Caen itself is full of surprises with beautiful churches and abbeys combined with a very laid back atmosphere. Though we did not meet Christine her ongoing communication was both discrete and charming. Book you wont regret it. 5 stars all round

The location of this area is perfect, everything that you want is 1-10 minutes on foot, Being ready for a little walk to the 3 floors with a heavy suitcase can be challenging, but for me was a workout))little noise till 2 -3 am, but if you are good with all of this, it's a perfect location to stay and explore the city, we were comfortable with our 2 kids and we walked a lot

We had an incredible stay at this beachfront Airbnb! The location is absolutely unbeatable — you literally open the back gate and step right onto the sand. It was such a treat to wake up and be at the beach within seconds. The house itself was spotless and really well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and the bathroom was stocked with all the essentials. The kids loved the dedicated room and play area — it made the whole stay even more relaxing for us. It’s hard to find a place that offers this kind of location and comfort at such great value. We’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend!
