Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Biella

Place was fantastic, tucked in small, stone build village. Quiet, cosy and full of local character. We stayed in the winter as it's short drive to ski resort with beautiful views on the way (10 minutes). Sergio was helpful host, good-natured and easy going. We can't wait to visit again!

Charming apartment with nice decor across the street on the lake. We liked the location - nice to walk to town. The bed was very comfortable and we had what we needed for a comfortable stay. We liked how the place was decorated and were able to have a nice dinner with family. Our host met us and brought us a pasta bowl for use. We would like to stay here again when we come back to visit this quaint little town on the lake.

Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, flexibel und antworten sehr schnell. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Alles entsprach unseren Erwartungen und ist sehr gut organisiert.

La soluzione proposta da Emanuele è funzionale. L'appartamento è dotato di tutto ed Emanuele sempre disponibile. Inoltre Agrano è in posizione strategica per visitare i posti vicini. Ultima nota ma non per importanza, dalla prima richiesta di informazioni hanno accettato di buon grado la presenza dei nostri due cani. Grazie per tutto Emanuele!

Die Unterkunft lässt absolut keine Wünsche übrig: Sie ist einfach perfekt! Sehr gute zentrale Lage mit Blick auf den See. Das Restaurant La Buvette, das die Vermieter betreiben, bietet exzellente Küche! 10/10 Punkte!

We had a great stay at Julia's apartment and felt very well looked after by our hosts, who were helpful, responsive and flexible. They organised taxis for us and came up with a great solution for our suitcases on the last day. The apartment is spacious, well-equipped and very well positioned by the main square. There are indeed a lot of steps to climb, but we found them manageable and were rewarded by lovely views across the lake. We were given very good recommendations of places to eat and drink by the hosts and we were not disappointed! Many thanks to Alice and her team!

Io e il mio gruppo di amici siamo stati ospiti di Fiona per il Capodanno. La casa supera ogni aspettativa, accogliente, ordinata, pulita, ben arredata e perfettamente attrezzata per soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza. Gli spazi comuni sono davvero ampi e adeguati a ospitare gruppi numerosi, in particolare la sala da pranzo oltre che essere molto suggestiva è anche molto spaziosa. L’host Fiona è stata fin da subito estremamente gentile e disponibile, attenta a ogni dettaglio e ci ha fatti sentire come a casa. Consiglio vivamente di alloggiare qui e spero di ritornarci!

Alessandro è stato sempre gentile e molto disponibile. Alloggio spazioso e corrispondente alle foto e alla descrizione sul sito. Menzione d'onore per il giardino: le nostre figlie lo hanno apprezzato molto. Posizione pratica per visitare le vallate di Gressoney e di Valtournenche.

Tipica costruzione di montagna in pietra viva e legno, l'appartamento è semplice e essenziale ma confortevole per una famiglia come la nostra, con due figli adolescenti. Utilissimo il secondo bagno, comodi i letti, bello lo spazio esterno che si condivide con gli ospiti dell'altro appartamento. Chassan, frazione di Emarese è un delizioso borghetto quasi disabitato che permette di fare un salto nel passato: con il risveglio con i campanacci delle capre, a riscoprire silenzi, paesaggi, panorami magnifici sulle imponenti montagne. E abbiamo apprezzato l'aria frizzante e la temperatura, una goduria in questa estate torrida... Per noi l'assenza di connessione in casa (c'è segnale solo in alcuni punti specifici del borgo!) è stato un regalo, permettendoci di staccare davvero per l'intero soggiorno!!! una tristezza venir via! Pier Giorgio è stato un host premuroso e simpatico, è stato un piacere conoscerlo.

L'appartamento è piccolo ma funzionale. Noi l'abbiamo vissuto in 5, ma siamo stati bene. La posizione è ottima, vicina a sentieri e allo snowpark. In paese a pochi minuti a piedi da casa c'è un alimentari che vende tutto il necessario. La comunicazione con Bruna è stata veloce e disponibile, anche la Signora che si occupa della casa è stata molto gentile e presente. È un ottimo posto dove trascorrere un po' di tempo in famiglia e fare divertire i bambini.

Che dire la cascina è stata restaurata con attenzione di tutti i particolari arredata con buon gusto e accessibile anche a ospiti con difficoltà motorie… dispone di una cucina super accessoriata pulita e accogliente.. caminetti e addobbi natalizi hanno reso l’ambiente davvero caloroso.. consiglio vivamente

The location of the house was great. Only a 5 minute drive to amenities and very well placed for exploring that part of Piedmont. The house was well equipped and had plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 young children. The gardens were beautiful with an amazing view of the lake. It's a quiet and safe neighbourhood and although there is a train line close by it didn't disturb us. Giorgio was a fantastic host and we would highly recommend the house and hope to return one day.

Bel appartement refait à neuf. Emplacement de la voiture sur un parking public mais de la place en permanence. Tout était propre au niveau du logement, équipement nickel, literie également. Bien placé pour visiter le secteur du lac Majeur. Hôte très sympathique à disposition et accueillant!

The apartment is very well equipped. You have everything what you need in the daily life. Great location -- it is close to main road but away of the noise of the passing by traffic. Market is in a minute walking distance. Good combination of the quality and price. The small room for the skies and boots was provided in garage. So, I highly recommend it for the couples or small groups

Siamo statə in questo splendido alloggio solo una notte ma è stato bellissimo. Appartamento oltre che pulitissimo e in ordine arredato con un gusto impeccabile, spazi ampi e accoglienti. Ci siamo trovatə veramente benissimo, indicazioni chiare sul come trovare l'appartamento e disponibilità:) Grazie! Se avremo bisogno in futuro di alloggiare a Ivrea torneremo sicuramente!

Excellent accommodation close to the airport, only one stop by train, with plenty of cafes and restaurants close by. The flat was very clean, comfortable and has everything you need. The vault door is a cool feature! Fabio was very responsive and gave clear instructions for checking in and answered any questions that we had. Thank you Fabio for a lovely stay!

Die Wohnung ist sehr ordentlich und gemütlich eingerichtet und die Dachterrasse mit Blick über die Dächer und auf den Berg wirklich sehr schön! Cami ist ein sehr netter und entgegenkommender Host. Auch bei spontanen Planänderungen unsererseits war sie sehr verständnisvoll und flexibel. Wir kommen gerne (bei besseren Wetter) wieder! :)
