Lean back & relax... Our one-room apartment was created only with natural building materials. With a lot of love for detail, I have processed natural slate & oak wood here. The high-quality interior invites you to relax. Here, at the gate to the Vogelsberg, among other things, is the entrance to the volcano mountain bike trail "Mühlental." Our cozy furnished apartment with views of the beautiful Edertal is located directly on the Ederauen bike path. Our farm is located on the edge of the small village of Berghausen in the Wittgensteiner Land. The nearby Rothaarsteig offers great hiking opportunities. In Winterberg, 20 km away, you will find sports and leisure activities in summer and winter. The apartment has a double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. A travel crib is available for toddlers.

In the warm season, enjoy a swim in the pool or in the crystal clear lake (SUP/kayak are also available) before watching the stars in the evening.

The over 700 year old castle Haus Bamenohl is hidden behind old trees in the middle of an idyllic park in the heart of the Sauerland hills. As guest of the Vicounts of Plettenberg, who have been living here since 1433, you can relax for some quiet days alone, spend a romantic weekend for two at the fireplace or take a family outing. Whether it's hiking in the wonderful nature, cycling, sailing, golfing, skiing - Bamenohl is worth a visit.

Our 120 sqm apartment is located in a 4500 sqm garden, surrounded by nature, between Burgwald and Kellerwald. The garden was laid out by a landscape gardener 30 years ago. Here you can find peace and relaxation or make beautiful trips to Marburg or the nearby Edersee from here. The lake offers a variety of business opportunities. You can also start tours with our bicycles or hike and relax in our sauna in the evening.

In the idyllic village Königshagen you will find our beautifully restored half-timbered farmhouse. The village is beautifully situated at 360 meters above sea level, right on the edge of the vast Habichtswald. Ideal for walking and tranquility.   The house is very luxurious: three saunas, two bathrooms, pool table and much more! There’s lots to do in the area. Especially around the Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee.

The apartment is surrounded by greenery, has a very large garden with a beautiful terrace, from which you have a view of Marburg Castle. The Behring works are a 15-minute walk. The house is listed both inside and outside and the apartment has four rooms. The kitchen is freshly renovated. There are three bedrooms and a living room with access to the terrace. The apartment is on the raised ground floor.

Our beautiful Lahn-Dill highlands invite you to hike, run or ride a two-wheeler. The nearby Aartalsee with its bird sanctuary is always worth seeing. Visit our Lahn-Dill-Bergland thermal spa with its popular sauna world.

1846 Loft

Vacation on the farm! You will stay in a wonderfully open and spacious loft that used to be the hayloft above the horse stable. On the lower floor of the building is our small farm café, which is only open on weekends. From there, a staircase leads to the loft. The living level is about 65 square meters, an open sleeping level can be reached via another staircase!

Our House .....

Our house in the middle of the street...is now a host! Our beautiful apartment on the first floor has a large kitchen where you can cook, eat and sit nicely with fun. The bedroom in the quieter part of the house offers a wonderful view of the Biedenköpfer forest. A nice reading corner and a comfortable sofa in the living room are the space for relaxing moments.
