Die Küche ist voll zur Selbstversorgung ausgestattet. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich die Schlafcouch. Im Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Kleiderschrank könnt ihr euch auf erholsame Nächte freuen. Das Bad ist mit Dusche und WC ausgestattet.

Die Südwohnung im 2.OG ist die kleinere unserer beiden Ferienwohnungen. Auch sie ist liebevoll restauriert, lichtdurchstrahlt, verfügt über Galerie und über 5m Raumhöhe, und der Südbalkon bietet Berg pur.

My flat is ubicated in a quiet and modern, alpine residential area of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, close to the Historical Center, just on the bottom of the mountain Wank. A huge balcony is providing sun from early morning to sunset, if it is not snowing :-) You can start hiking tours directly from my home, find cute cafés and restaurants within 5min walking distance, as well as supermarkets, gas station and nice little shops. If you come for alpine skiing, Garmisch Classic is only 2 km away.

Welcome to the house of my childhood memories. It is located right below the castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, surrounded by lakes and mountains. Our “Waldhütte” in the Five Lakes Region/Pfaffenwinkel is perfect for peace and nature – with great access to castles, lakes, mountains, and Munich. Secluded, 200 m from the main house, it offers pure retreat: panoramic views of meadow and forest, a terrace for dining, yoga, or knitting, stargazing from the loft. Inside, a wood stove and infrared heating keep things cozy while foxes and deer pass by outside.
