Excellent hosting for this cozy apartment in impeccably clean condition. this one is very functional where nothing is lacking. Location close to the train station, close to shops and five minutes from old Bergerac. Just a small downside "the sofa bed is not as comfortable as hoped" We would recommend this listing without hesitation, as we fell in love with it.

Joanne and Martin were the most thoughtful hosts. The gite had everything you could possibly need and was beautifully furnished and cosy. The pool area is gorgeous, great for relaxing on a sunny afternoon. A huge thank you to Joanne and Martin for accommodating our booking at short notice and for making us feel at home straight away. We will definitely be back and will recommend to all our family and friends!

Had the most amazing few days at Marzia’s with my family including 8 and 11 year old boys. So much space for them to run around and play in. Not to mention the beautiful pool. So incredibly peaceful. Great location for popping to shops plus local restaurants short drive away if wanted. The house had every amenity and accessory you could want. The house and outside area were spotless. Host very helpful and even sent a very informative guide on the house and local area. We really hope to come back one day again.

A beautiful slice of paradise. Natalie and Tim were the perfect hosts. Providing information pre arrival on things to do in the area, arranging a welcome buffet for our first night and making homemade pizzas by the pool for our final evening there. They were kind and welcoming throughout and thought about the details that made the holiday really relaxing. The accommodation is beautiful. The linen and bedding are luxurious and the outdoor space totally idyllic. Figs and plums from the garden at breakfast were a delightful extra with our daily delivery of croissants and baguettes. The pool area has a stunning view and a perfect spot to take in sunset. My friends and I loved our stay and can’t wait to come back.

We spent a wonderful five days in Patricia’s Blue Lily, using it as a base to explore Sarlat and some of the many castles, caves, gardens and cycle paths in the area. Her apartment is bright, airy, aesthetically beautiful and so welcoming - with soft white linens, a large comfortable bed with lots of space around it, windows overlooking Medieval courtyards and alleys, a full-size dining table and chairs looking onto a huge hearth, good lighting, a fully equipped kitchen including washer and dryer, separate toilet and tub/shower/sink (lots of hot water and good water pressure in the shower), toiletries and supplies, an orientation binder filled with instructions, recommendations and brochures, a book basket with guides on local attractions, and even a welcome basket of local treats. Patricia was proactive and easy to communicate with throughout our reservation, check-in, stay and check-out. Her passion for the Blue Lily and Sarlat are evident. Thank you, Patricia… we’ll be back!

My husband and I are frequent travelers to the region and very fond of Sainte-Foy-la-Grande, so we were pleased to find Mary’s place for the last ten days of this year’s visit. The apartment is newly renovated, nicely decorated, and pristine clean. The living area is bright and full of natural light, the kitchen is well equipped, and the beds were comfortable! I loved having a full size dining table. The apartment is centrally located, just a short walk to several bakeries and restaurants, and parking was easy. And for day trips in the region whether you are heading to Bergerac, Eymet and other bastide towns, Monbazillac, or the Gironde wine region — everything is just a short drive away. Mary was a perfect host — responsive, professional, and friendly. We highly recommend Mary’s place in Sainte-Foy-la-Grande and look forward to returning ourselves.

We discovered a hidden 💎 gem, this city. It was not easy getting there, long ride, delays but Mary-Bel waited for us. Despite the late check-in she was responsive, extremely friendly. She showed us everything in the house and made sure we were settling properly. Checking on us everyday. Our stay was memorable and incredible. She is the best host have had the pleasure to stay with. 🫶🏾🙏🏾💐

Perfect small accommodation close, quiet except when the neighbors (20 years old ) speak a little too loud but just close the door to see excellent insulation The apartment is superb, very well tidy and especially the kitchen which is for me the heart of the house was perfect for cooking with a lot of space A big thank you to Jean-Philippe who by the way the departure was scheduled before noon and not before 11 a.m. but I will only keep this quiet stay with my wife I would highly recommend if you want to get away for a weekend by the Garonne

The small house is very cozy, perfectly equipped (and decorated) down to the smallest detail, and the environment is very quiet. The bedding is of high quality. The small terrace in front of the house and the garden are undeniable assets. The possibility of parking in the grounds of the accommodation is a real plus as well. Isabelle and Yvon were responsive to my requests, and very welcoming. I'll keep the address👍, and I won't hesitate to come back.

We loved staying at the Little White House. Before arrival, the communication was prompt and very helpful. The place is immaculate and furnished with great taste. The location is perfect, on the edge of open fields yet a short level walk to a beautiful bastide with a good selection of restaurants ( even in April when we visited). We brought a person with limited mobility and the house was ideally suited for her. Book and you will be glad that you did.

A perfect position, a few minutes walk from the historic centre, and easy to come and go from. The home was comfortable with all the amenities we needed for our 4 day stay. We did not meet our hosts, but they were very helpful in sending recommendations for sites and restaurants in the area and very quick to respond to our questions. I would not hesitate to recommend this place as a perfect base for a stay in the Dordogne area.

Had a wonderful stay, within walking distance of Sarlat. Clean comfortable and well equipped apartment, maggie always on hand for information. All English channels on TV. Lovely small balcony to have breakfast, which smelt beautifully from the jasmine, Wine in the fridge on arrival very much appreciated. All in all a fab apartment which I would recommend.
