The house is in a perfect setting for a relaxing weeks holiday. The house and pool are are immaculate and the location is just what we wanted with a village 5 minutes walk away with restaurants, shops and bakery. A brilliant weeks holiday

As a family with 2 small children, we experienced the stay as fantastic! We already miss the view and the apartment offers everything you could ask for when traveling with small kids! The manager was super fast, sweet and thoughtful. Despite sharing the garden/swimming pool with two other apartments , you will still experience lots of privacy. The apartment was sparkling clean and spacious. The only thing for next guests; please bring your own towels and kitchen towels in advance. We'd love to come back here again!!! Colico is a super cozy village, no great tourism and incredibly beautiful and cared for.

Aleksandra was a great host. Despite our late arrival she was very welcoming and even spoke to the restaurant round the corner to make sure we got something to eat. She was very responsive to messages and requests and always very helpful. The accommodation is exactly as described in the photos, very clean and a great base for exploring Lake Iseo

We had a fantastic time! The only thing to know in advance: A narrow spiral staircase leads to the roof terrace. It is totally great that dogs are allowed in the cottage - our four-legged travel companion, the narrow and steep spiral staircase unfortunately always had to be carried up and down.

We had a very enjoyable stay in Sorico. Paola and her son Francis welcomed us in a very friendly way and responded quickly to inquiries. The apartment is very small (especially the kitchen and living room), but very tidy. The amenities with dishwashing liquid, soap, umbrella, clothes rack, baking paper, salt… were good. The two air conditioners were great! The pool, which belongs to the neighboring apartment complex, is very quiet with beautiful views of the church. The location of the apartment is perfect. In just a few minutes you can reach the pizzeria, the bakery and the supermarket and of course the lake with a large lawn. All in all, good value for money and recommended.

Great stay at casa unica with girlfriends. The host, Bruno, was attentive: clear communication despite the language barrier, super responsive with lots of recommendations and attentive. The rooms were accurate to the photos, the room with bunk beds is a bit small for adults, but everything is functional. Since the house is shared, the outdoor spaces are common but it remains quiet and accessible. Private terraces are top notch with a nice view and a peaceful environment. Very small downside for the pool smaller than we had imagined in the photos and not very clean. But nearby beach very nice. Great location if you have a car we were able to make all the villages of the lake with trips of one hour maximum and shops are nearby. Another big thank you to Bruno and his kindness, I highly recommend you to spend your stay at casa unica.

Very much enjoyed our stay! The house is really fully equipped, super tidy and clean and is in a beautiful location in the mountains. The pool is shared with the residents of the other residences on the residence, but for the most part you have this pool to yourself. The residents are super friendly and would love to have a chat with you in Italian 😁 Colico at the lake is a cozy little place where you can eat and drink. This is fine to walk down in a 25 minutes (we with 2 children 5 and 9 years of age). From Colico you can easily reach all sides around Lake Como. We are definitely recommend this stay to others!

The private estate of 20 houses (mix of permanent and private holiday homes) has an amazing view of Lake Como and Lecco. The road up to the estate can a little scary if you are not used to driving on small roads but the view is worth it. The shops and restaurants are min. 10 minutes drive away so a car is essential. The private terrace is so peaceful and the pool and other facilities are spotless. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay near Lecco.

Very spacious and clean appartment with private parking. Everything was spotless! Silvia was easy to communicate with and very helpful. Definitely recommendable.

Ana and David were wonderful hosts for a dreamy house in the vineyard. From the outside, it looks like a typical stone house in the mountains, but inside it is newly and modernly renovated with everything you need. The path from the car to the house is not to be underestimated (kids should not be too small) and can be quite strenuous in the summer, but if you know what to expect, it is manageable. The house's location in the middle of the vineyard and the breathtaking view more than compensate for the effort. The region is also stunning and offers a variety of activities. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Silvana's airbnb is a real marvel in the heights of Sondrio. Cagnoletti is a village with the autenthic architecture of the Italian alpine pastures. The stone house is well made, with everything you need to feel at home and surrounded by wonderful nature. If you wake up early enough, you'll be able to observe deer or deer through the window right next to the house. In addition, the people in the village are welcoming and friendly. It's a real piece of paradise ♡

Elena's place was the perfect place for our family to stay and explore the stunningTignale. Elena was extremely helpful and available to answer any questions. We made the most of the local free pool and shuttle bus service. I would thoroughly recommend Elena's house and the area for a visit

Beautiful authentic cottage above a valley. Absolute peace and privacy. We were there as a couple for a week in October to go hiking. Good to come down. Get up, light the fireplace, make coffee and watch the sheep graze. Absolute stroke of luck. Pierino, the host is really a great guy and very helpful without being intrusive.

We were guests at Adamo's chalet for just a few days but it was an unforgettable experience. The house is well maintained both inside and out, with all the comforts and well equipped. Even Fara, our furry baby, immediately settled in and especially enjoyed the outdoor area that surrounds the entire house. Marco was always available and also provided us with valid directions regarding the various routes to take in the area. We also had the pleasure of meeting Adam, who liked our salads. We'll be happy to come back.

Had an amazing cozy stay at this bnb. The location and atmosphere are THE BEST. The hosts were super helpful with anything we could possibly need. 100% recommend!

First of all, I have to say that the value for money is very honest. Beautiful house separated from the others for greater tranquility, cleanliness and order, the only flaw for me is the presence of the breeding of some donkeys that every now and then could be heard even during the night, but apart from this the place is very quiet, clean, comfortable and enjoys a beautiful view, especially 5 stars for the kindness and preparation of the hosts.

The place is so much better than we imagined. A lovely little cabin and so so peaceful. Corinne was super helpful and we felt right at home. The spa is well worth doing too! Would highly recommend. Thank you Corinne!

The house is beautiful and next to a farmhouse so convenient in case you don't want to cook. It is not in the town center but we like it that way, the house is halfway between the town and the ski lifts with a beautiful view and convenient for everything, relaxation and peace. The house has everything you need.

Amazing place, very peaceful. We recommend getting there before dark in the first day (at least), and make sure to bring everything you need because the closest market is far away :)

Great location. It's a few meters to the small beach on foot. Next time, I'll take water shoes and a beach lounger with me that the uncomfortable stones are no longer a problem! Otherwise, you are very comfortably equipped with the great sun loungers on the terrace at the house! We felt completely comfortable and will be back for sure
