This is like our 3rd and 4th booking sa house nila. We super love the place. Very convenient and it has all the stuff we need sa house. The location is perfect, malapit sa main road and establishments. Peaceful environment din yung location. And super hands on si host. Very cri g and responsive. Will surely book again.

We stayed for almost a whole month and this house did not disappoint. The house is well equipped of all your basic needs, i would even say beyond basic needs. The owners are very helpful and always gives a quick response to queries. They are also very welcoming and tries to accomodate all our needs. The house itself is very clean and the interior is just as pictured. Located in a safe neighborhood.

I had a great stay at this property! The unit was exactly as described —clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. I really enjoyed the Japanese-inspired vibe. The overall aesthetic was peaceful and inviting, making it easy to relax. I slept well, cooked meals, and spent time unwinding with Netflix. Communication with Christine was excellent—she was proactive in checking in to ensure everything was going smoothly. I’ll definitely book this place again the next time I’m in Pasay City. Thank you!

Great Place!! First thing my 5-yr old daughter said after entering the unit is that she wanted to relax instead of going swimming. At other staycation she would usually go change to her bathing suit straight away upon arriving 🥰 Thank you Ms. Glenda!!

EVERYTHING IS GREAT! We are very satisfied with our stay at Sir Richard's place. We just checked out this morning and we will definitely come back. Host quickly answered every inquiry and gave timely reminders. Unit is clean and well maintained. Free parking for 1 car within the bldg. Nice view of the beach pool from the unit. Essentials - basic needs are provided: towel for each guest, slippers, shampoo, body wash, hand soap, tissue, dishwashing liquid. Just bring your own personal hygiene kit. Complete kitchen and dining utensils. We only needed to bring the food for heating and light cooking. Good location near the mall, restaurants. Overall experience...10 stars. Thank you sir Richard for giving us a very wonderful and memorable stay.

Our recent check in was really nice. The room was spotless and they were really responsive to our inquiries. The whole place (azure) is really nice and it is such a great place to stay in for a staycation. I would definitely book this place again whenever we need a quick getaway or vacation.

Had a great stay. The host is very responsive to messages. Didn't checked before booking and was surprised that the place is developed by DMCI and upon knowing I know it'll be a good building complex, i like DMCI developments :) The sticky notes on key places and appliances are extremely helpful - should be a must to all Airbnb listings. Key electronic appliances such as refrigerator, microwave, tv, wifi, aircon, etc. are available. The toilet papers, fresh towels and free drinking water is a plus. A quiet and peaceful place in my opinion. Also, it's great that there are nearby fast food resto, a convenience store and coffee and milk tea shops. The view from the balcony is just WOW! Would book the place again in the future just because of the balcony and the view from it :D It's a big factor that you can check-in here anytime before the usual 2 or 3pm check-in time (depending if there's no prior booking or if they can accommodate) free of charge.
