I would say that the apartment that you are staying in is very good for the price that you pay for. Amenities are good, and the apartment was clean. The only thing I would say that needs improvement would be the bed as it was quite weak and not very much support.

I enjoyed my stay, even though I had a problem with a water leak in the toilet and a shower with a leak and no possibility of using it on the first day, but Marco was very responsive and very commercial during my stay, I recommend the accommodation because the owner is responsive to the customer's needs.

Spent 6 nights. Made nearly all our meals there since fresh produce and other groceries are minutes away. Place 'feels' larger than it is; very comfy. Khallel is such good communicator! Great lil home away from home.

My girl friend and I had a wonderful stay. Kim was very responsive and provided clear instructions. The unit was as shown in the images, a lovely view, spaciousness, clean with the basic necessities and most of all it was very homey. Everything Perfect💯💯💯

This is a perfect place for rest and relaxation. The surrounding area is quiet and the transportation is very convenient. There is light mall downstairs and you can reach Shang Ri La and SM megamall within a walk. landlord is very friendly. She always responds very quickly 🌹🌻🌻

Great host, nice condo, great location!

The place was clean. Loved the convertible sofa and the large TV with Govee TV backlight. Close to Makati CBD and have lots of great restaurants nearby. Check-in was smooth with the keypad lock. Jeff was very responsive as well when the keypad lock ran out of batteries and promptly replaced it. Will stay here again!

Great location. Mall connected to property. Great security. MRT EDSA BONI line and 2 minute walk out the front door. Close to SM MEGA Mall only 1 stop away on the MRT for 13 pesos. Another STAT Mall across from the HUGE SM Mega mall. 2 large pools. Short ride to BGC or MAKATI using Grab for between 175 and 240 pesos, or you can take the MRT to the Buendia or Ayaka stop and walk 30 minutes to BGC. I would rent again.

Mark was easy to communicate with and very helpful. The place was a great place to stop for a 2 nights.

Booked this unit for my mom. She said it was nice and clean. It’s also convenient since there is a connecting bridge from the condo building to the mall. The host was also nice and responsive and my mom didn’t have any trouble checking in as well. Overall, they had a pleasant stay and enjoyed their time in McKinley.

My family had a wonderful stay! The home was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect—close to great restaurants and US Embassy. The host was very responsive and made sure they had everything they needed for a comfortable stay. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting USEM!

The place is extremely clean and easy to get to. Miss May Ann was easy to talk to and very accommodating. I very much appreciated all the quick reverts. Will definitely stay on her place again.

The place is really great! We enjoyed our two nights stay. Clear instructions from the host (check-in, check-out, house rules, and others). We also like the amenities especially the pool and the ps4. The cooking appliances were also functional, we were able to cook our own dishes. Having a washing machine as well is a great idea, we were able to dry our wet swimming clothes. However, I have a small issue about the cleanliness. I saw small roaches running around the bathroom but aside from that all is well :)). Thank you host and co-host! I definitely recommend the place if you wanna have a peaceful days within the busy streets of the city.
