Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Bezirgan

Everything was very nice. It was a pristine house, everything smelled clean. All the amenities were good. There were all kinds of materials for the kitchen. Almost everything about the house was perfect. Only the 2nd day of our stay, the house was flooded due to heavy rainfall. But the house was quickly cleaned, and the wet items were replaced with new ones. The couple who came to clean was very sweet. We would have expected an apology from the host about this situation. She was still helpful and we were able to reach her every time we called, which we were satisfied with.

First of all, I would like to thank Mr. Deniz, Mr. Şükrü and his wife for their interest, they helped us with everything and hosted us very warmly. The house was great. It was spacious and spacious. The cleanliness was impeccable. We felt like we were in our own home. It was bright. The house was so beautiful we didn't want to leave:) There is a pool both inside the house and in the garden. We spent most of our day in the garden and pool. If you want to leave the pool and enjoy the hot tub, it is also available :) We don't usually stay at home in the places we go; we explore the surroundings and nearby places. We didn't go exploring much this time because we didn't want to leave the house. The furniture, white goods, kitchen utensils, garden furniture, bed duvet were all clean, new and of good quality. There were enough closet drawers. Every detail has been considered such as a barbecue in the garden, a shower where you can bathe when you leave the pool, a small faucet, lighting, etc. There is parking and the door can be opened by remote control or phone. You can easily get in and out comfortably. Everything was so beautiful.

The house is located in a very quiet place away from the center, the pool is very large, we stayed with 4 people, there is separate air conditioning in each room and 3 bathrooms, the barbecue was quite sufficient They did maintenance every day and the house was very clean, the hot tub was very nice, overall, we were very satisfied But if you don't have a car, it will be very difficult, the nearest grocery store is 10 minutes by car

Cemile's place is perfect. The bed on the second floor is done the way you see the sea first, when you wake up. Great feeling, very nice. Kitchen is perfect, BBQ zone is great. Please note, the location is quite private, so you'd better have your own transport (rental car or smth)

Baris was a great host and the villa is perfect for a stay in Kayakoy. The rooftop pool was very clean and had a great view. The restaurants in the village are a 15 minute walk away and the taxi service Baris recommended was always very timely when requested. I would definitely recommend staying here. On top of the villa being great Baris was also a very helpful host, he even helped us order dinner when we arrived which was incredibly thoughtful after we had a long day of travel.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa! The location is absolutely beautiful — surrounded by olive trees, with a stunning view of the sea. It’s incredibly peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing and spending quality time with family. At night, you can see so many stars — it’s magical. The villa itself is comfortable, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. We truly felt at home and would love to come back again. Thank you for a perfect stay!

We were very satisfied with our 5-day family vacation. The house was above our expectations in every way. We did not need any shopping except for food and drink. Everything we were looking for was available at home. The host, Ms. İlknur, was also very helpful and caring. I am sure that it will make the next future guests happy in terms of both the equipment and the view of the house.

Spacious, well-distributed, comfortable house to stay in. The 3 different spaces in the garden are very nice. The house would be more charming with warmer lighting.

First of all, I would like to thank Ms. Melek for her very quick communication. We were guests as 2 families. We were greeted by her parents and we really felt at home:) There was a large environment where they would move comfortably, especially for our young children, both inside the house and in the garden of the house. In summary, the cleaning order was very good, thank you very much for your efforts:)

We stayed at Buket's place for a week and we enjoyed it so much we didn't want to leave. The apartment has a wonderful balcony with a jacuzzi which you could sit and look at an amazing view of the bay surrounded by snow capped mountains. The apartment has everything we needed and was very comfortable except the bed was a little hard for us. Buket communicated very effectively although we didn't meet her, we were fortunate to meet her charming father and her beautiful mother. We both loved Kalkan and hopefully one day we will return to stay at Buket's beautiful apartment.

Amazing apartment in great location with all necessary equipment and necessities. Literally 2min walk to nearby macrocentre and migros with easy 20min stroll to the town. We love the plunge pool at the patio - very private and superb addition to the beautiful apartment. Alper was an outstanding host, easy to communicate with and very responsive. Love the place and will definitely come back.

The house was clean, the view was great. The host was very caring. There was nothing missing in the house. The sofa bed in the living room was a little uncomfortable, and when it is used as a bed, it can hurt your back if you don't put a duvet or something on it. Although it is a loft, the slope of the ceiling in the area of use is never a problem. It was a very comfortable and useful house. Close to the center.
