This year for the first time we have decided to rent out our beautiful family house for others to enjoy for their summer holidays. This unique place is a renovation of an old Kas village house with a 10 metre cedar wood balcony and is nestled in its own private garden with two patios, a hammock and lemon, orange, pomegranate, olive, and fig trees. With beautiful views of the sea and the Greek island it is perfectly located - the centre of town and local beaches are just a 5 minute walk away.

Our apartment has 1 open kitchen living room, 1 double bed, a double bedroom with a 2-person Jacuzzi, 1 single bed, 1 balcony, barbecue. Our apartment is not suitable for pets. Our apartment is 5 minutes by car to the center, 10 minutes to Kaputaş beach, 15 minutes to Patara beach, 45 minutes to Fethiye. There is a grocery store near the apartment. The damage deposit is 1000 TL. Have a good holiday

Our self-made bungalow is an ideal escape for a very relaxing holiday in the middle of the nature. From the small balcony you can enjoy breakfasts, overlooking the Mediterranean and the mountains. Inside the bungalow you will find a small kitchen which provides everything for preparing your breakfast (fridge, water-heater, cups, plates etc.). A small wooden bathroom includes shower (hot water available) and toilet.

Our villa is a 5-minute drive from Kalkan, and there are grocery stores and restaurants in the surrounding area. The view is spectacular. Our villa awaits you, our esteemed guests, for a peaceful vacation. Our villa's pool is larger and more spacious than usual; it is 50 square meters. There is a view of the Patara Sea (visible in the distance between two mountains), albeit in the distance.

Relax in this special and quiet place with everything you need. If you want to switch off and relax, this is the place for you. 15 minutes to the beach and only 10 minutes to Kalkan. In the village center just 700 meters away you will find everything you need for everyday life.
