Best place me and the boys have stayed at and didn’t want to leave such a beautiful and peaceful place. Amazing views and a great vibe.

An absolutely stunning villa in a great location. The villa was everything we wanted and more! The location is perfect for not being in a big tourist hotspot but only a short taxi ride away to everything you need, plenty of places to eat, get food delivered and do basic shops within walking distance and a short taxi to the main surrounding towns. Baris could not do any more to be a more attentive host, always a phone call/text away, no problem too big or small and amazing recommendations of places to visit and contact numbers for the local taxi which made everything effortless. He was available from our day of booking many months before with responses to all of our questions in advance of arrival and was absolutely amazing. All the local amenities can be contacted via text making a very stress free holiday and a truly amazing week away!

We had a pleasant holiday, Ms. Pınar was a very good host. We didn't use areas like the jacuzzi tub, but the garden and pool were very enjoyable. It's an ideal home for a family of 4 or a group of friends. It is close to the center and the surrounding bays in terms of location. Guests without a car may have some difficulties.

We like to have constant cultural and nature holidays as a family. We weren't a little suspicious when we saw this place on Airbnb. We couldn't believe he'd give such a villa to a suitable fee, but we trusted airbnb. Then we had a few questions for Mr. Emin, he answered it very politely instantly. Then, when we saw the Asmali Villa with our own eyes, we realized that it was beautiful in the pictures. The sounds of birds in nature, the squirrels playing in the trees were great for the village people around. The house was spotless. They thought of everything and were complete. There were pots,pans, glasses, salt,black pepper and all of them in the kitchen. TV with huge ambilayt feature, not even in my house. The white goods are all new and Bosch marks. The beds are viscosite, the foosball table in the living room, I can't write anything. If I had this house, I wouldn't be able to cut the rental. In the end, we would like to thank Mr. Emin and Airbnb. 🙋🏻‍♂️🙏

Absolutely loved my stay at this villa! The views over the city were breathtaking, especially during sunset. The layout of the place was perfect, and the location felt very private and peaceful — ideal for a relaxing getaway. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful with everything I needed. Would definitely come back!

The host was very helpful and caring. He was very supportive and welcoming in all our questions. The house was also more beautiful than the photos, we liked the view, the cleanliness and the house itself. We stayed for 3 nights, but I wish we had the opportunity to stay longer. Both the house and the host made us very happy, we definitely recommend it.

We were very satisfied with our 5-day family vacation. The house was above our expectations in every way. We did not need any shopping except for food and drink. Everything we were looking for was available at home. The host, Ms. İlknur, was also very helpful and caring. I am sure that it will make the next future guests happy in terms of both the equipment and the view of the house.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa! The location is absolutely beautiful — surrounded by olive trees, with a stunning view of the sea. It’s incredibly peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing and spending quality time with family. At night, you can see so many stars — it’s magical. Everything was great - small issue finding villa as we had english name for villa and signage was in Turkish. Otherwise any issues we had were quickly resolved and we enjoyed a very relaxing 10 days. An easy stroll into Kalkan and very close to all the beach clubs.

The house is located in a very quiet place away from the center, the pool is very large, we stayed with 4 people, there is separate air conditioning in each room and 3 bathrooms, the barbecue was quite sufficient They did maintenance every day and the house was very clean, the hot tub was very nice, overall, we were very satisfied But if you don't have a car, it will be very difficult, the nearest grocery store is 10 minutes by car

We are very satisfied with the stay. We really felt at home , all facilities were present. Ahmet always responded within 10 minutes. In case of problems or other things, we had a nice communication. Cemile's place is perfect. The bed on the second floor is done the way you see the sea first, when you wake up. Great feeling, very nice. Kitchen is perfect, BBQ zone is great. Please note, the location is quite private, so you'd better have your own transport (rental car or smth)

Extremely happy we were able to book Togla’s house last minute. A very beautiful quiet area with amazing sunsets, but still relatively close to Kalkan and Kaș if you have a car. Amazing inside and pretty outside. Definitely recommended.

We had a wonderful vacation in Kalkan and Kas this September and October. Deniz’s place is ideally located, just 200m from the sea and in the heart of Kalkan’s social scene, close to great restaurants, cafes, and shops. The house is spacious, with two bedrooms and large bathrooms on the lower floors, and a kitchen and balcony-patio with stunning bay views on the third floor. Evenings can be lively due to nearby rooftop terraces, but bedrooms on lower levels stay quiet. The house is clean and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen, and the terrace is perfect for morning coffee. Deniz was a fantastic host—we highly recommend his place!

We would like to thank Mesut for wonderful stay in the apartment . Nothing to add . All was and more that you may need for your stay :) Very comfortable rooms and terrace with bbq is great ! Mesut is very responsive and really helped us with many things . This is our pleasure to recommend this apartment and location with marvellous beach (walkable distance) to those who need quiet rest . Wifi works very good as well as all the equipment . Needless to say about bringing fresh eggs in the morning !) Thank you again for taking care of your guests !

We loved our stay in Simos’s house Kastellorizo! This is a traditional Greek house with a simple timeless charm. Lovely and clean, and everything we could have wished for. The view from the upstairs balcony is stunning and the location perfect. Simos was easy to communicate with and helpful when we needed to change arrangements during our stay. We hope we can return one day!

We were warmly welcomed by Seher in front of the house. A very nice, loving hostess. We entered the apartment with enthusiasm. Cleanliness and care were very good. There is everything you need. The view from the terrace was the most beautiful. The view from above of Kalkan and the sea was magical. We were spoiled with treats by Seher and her adorable daughter. A really successful stay, we recommend it.

Beautiful villa, we loved the views. It has everything you need, and feels private even though there are villas around you. Feray was a great host and responded to any questions realluly quickly. We'd definitely book to come again! Kalkan is a wonderful place.

We had a magnificent 1 week thanks to the private beach and pool. A great house that can comfortably accommodate 8 people. It was clean and comfortable. 10 minutes from Kas center, the location was very good. Thank you to Mr. Hasan and Mr. Timuçin for their prompt communication.

İlyas Bey is a wonderful host — his place is in the best part of Kas with the most marvelous view! İlyas was highly responsive, friendly and a magnificent host with lovely recommendations. We’ve had a lovely stay in Z House. It’s in the perfect location as you can walk down to the beach but also be in the midst of the old town in seconds. We loved it all and would definitely recommend this place.

The villa was literally what we wanted. Everything was as it appeared in the photos. Mr. Remzi was very helpful. The location was scenic and in a quiet place. The interior of the house and all the usable items were clean. All the features mentioned in the villa were available. You can come and stay with peace of mind. We'd prefer to stay again.
