We were very satisfied with the service in the house. Except for the cleanliness, everything else was fine. The balcony was unusable without slippers. Very dirty unfortunately. Unfortunately, wearing white socks was not possible in the apartment. Otherwise, the stay there was very good. We would book it again only with the condition that the apartment is also thoroughly clean when viewed on site. Thanks

Esra was a very responsive host. The apartment was cute, comfortable, quiet, and clean with great air conditioning that circulated throughout the entire place, which is great since I stayed in the middle of summer. The apartment looked just like the pictures and even had a nice little gym in the building. I would certainly consider staying here again if I visit this neighborhood in the future.

If we are to stay in that area again, we would prefer Mr. Celal's house without hesitation again. The house is as it appears in the photos, and Mr. Celal was very helpful with both check-in and check-out, he was always very interested. The fact that it had parking was the biggest advantage. Yes, the slope it is located is steep, but it is definitely worth it because it is within walking distance to Taksim Square and the bus station.

Especially Mr. Fuat was very caring and relevant. You can reach it regardless of the time. It couldn't have been better at needs and requests. The stay was impeccable. Melissa’s place was amazing. I’ve received clear instructions on how to go around the area as well as in the building itself. Proximity of the shops and restaurants, security, garage and location of the apartment made my stay an unforgettable experience. Host made sure I understood everything and even did a follow up question after some time if everything is okay. Definitely a 10/10 experience! Would recommend it to anyone.
