We organised a family trip to visit the city of our father, and we were very pleased to stay at Mine and Hüseyin’s house. Our stay was perfect: the host was very reactive and friendly, the house is gorgeous with a very nice view and a sunny and quiet garden. The garage was also very convenient. It felt just like home. The neighborhood is really calm and beautiful. In less than 10 minutes we can reach streets with shops and restaurants, and also the boat to reach other places of the city. I would really recommend if you are looking for a lovely stay in Istanbul. I wish myself I could come back here very soon. Thank you again Mine and Hüseyin!

Cihan is a SUPER HOST! He took care of all our requests, went out of his way and made us feel at home. The location is perfect and the rooms are exactly as listed. Wonderful man with a wonderful place.

The house is very comfortable. It is located in a not very nice but safe area, close to the center (15 minutes walk) and 100 meters from the train station that reaches the center. The house is divided into 3 levels. The rooms are very large and comfortable. Clean and comfortable place to stay. Unbeatable value. The transportation service to and from the airport that you can arrange with the host is also very convenient

Our stay was great, we really enjoyed the flat. It is very private and cozy. We were 4 adults and a 3 years old boy, we were very comfortable and had enough space for everyone. The flat is very warm in winter, kitchen has everything you might need, there are some supermarkets walking distance and the view on Bosporus is just amazing! Binnur was very hospitable, kind and helpful. Thank you very much! Highly recommend to everyone

Mr. Mert is a very caring and understanding host, we did not have any problems at all.🙏🏻 The interior of the house, the view, the location, everything was very nice. Very close to everything and the house was very clean. We wanted to leave the house later than our checkout time the next day, Mr. Mert did not turn down our request, he was always in contact with us and asked if we needed anything. In addition, the house is located, you can go to very nice places close to everywhere, but the terrace of the house is so beautiful that you want to enjoy the view there. Since the house is spacious and the interior is very nicely furnished, you do not try to put yourself out.🩷 I will definitely stay here every time I come. We had a family reunion at this place, stayed one week. This villa is much better than what you see in the pictures. Host was so friendly and responsive. We met Mesut and his lovely wife, they kindly helped us to find attractive areas and answered all our questions and needs so patiently. The house itself with beautiful and large balcony is fantastic. The large balcony with beautiful view is so quiet and best place for social gathering while each family had their own and private floor. Bedrooms are separated in each floor and rooms have view and character. We loved the house and will come back in future💗Thanks Mesut for making this vacation so special and unique for us. Istanbul is so amazing! thanks to this appartment that is located in the best place for discovering easily all the great areas near galata. the guest was very helpful , providing all needed informations for a great trip. The place is exactly as described. Very cozy atmosphere. No need to take any taxis as everything is reachable via public transport. I really recommend this one and will probably come back as it was to short!

We liked it very much as a place, because of the garden, it was very good for the house due to the fact that the house is wooden, but you do not spend time in the house, it makes a little noise when you walk, but you are just going to sleep, so it is not very disturbing, thanks to the host, it was very kind and caring, thank you very much, we stayed very satisfied.

Turgay and Ferhat were always responsive to our questions, very kind and helpful. The place is nice and quiet, the pool has been a great part of our stay. I’m a yacht captain with 6 other crew members. This place was exactly what we needed to do our jobs here in Istanbul. I would recommend this place 100%

I felt like I was staying at home immediately. Amazing view and location far away from the hustle and bustle of Istanbul. House was well stocked for everyday living, cooking utensils, dinnerware, towels etc. The host Behçet Bey is quick to respond and inform of any updates and him and his daughter are happy to help point you out to the best restaurants or grocery stores in town.
