Vacation rentals with beach access in Beykoz

We had an amazing trip to Istanbul and Barbaros played a big role. On the first night we had dinner in his restaurant (had the best fish during my entire stay) and he took the time to annotate a map for our trip. His suggestions and experience were great and we made the most out of our quick trip thanks to him. It’s a great location and very close to the historic sites of Istanbul. Would recommend this for young people as the immediate area is quite hilly and the roads are unevenly paved.

I have rented several times from Furkan, alot of different apartments on different locations. All of them offer great value. Furkan the host and Emin the maintenance guy are very friendly and good people. I highly recommend.

The host was very kind and communicated exceptionally well. They also offered flexible check-in and check-out times, which made things very convenient. The apartment was clean, well-organized, and had everything I needed. The location is very central and easy to access. I was very satisfied with my stay, and if I come to Istanbul again, I will definitely choose this place. Thank you for everything!

This flat has a view of the Bosphorus strait that would be hard to beat. The view is worth every penny. The flat is two stories. Level 1 has both bedrooms, and a full bathroom (shower only). Level 2 has a living area, kitchen, balcony, and a small bathroom with only a toilet and sink. Note that the ceiling slants in the bathroom and may make it uncomfortable to use for taller people. The balcony has an amazing view of the strait, and the Asia-side of the city. You can spend hours watching the fishing boats, and cargo and cruise ships motor by. There are about 40 stairs to navigate from the street to the flat. I believe if you let the host know your arrival and departure times, he will meet you at the flat and help with your luggage. Near the tram, which can take you to the Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar, Spice Market, Taksim Square, and other Istanbul attractions. Bring your walking shoes. Also, the host was amazing. We highly recommend this flat.

The room was as it appeared in the photos. Mr. Gökhan's communication was also good with us. We did not encounter any negative situations during a 2-night stay. We were satisfied.

We had a great 4-day holiday in Ms. Müge's dream house. I don't know which one I'm talking about. The house, the garden, the decoration, the location, everything was for our taste. Ms. Müge was a very kind host, thank you for everything. Everything was thought out and ready for us at home. Extremely pleasant place for nature lovers and lovers of calm, highly recommended👍

The house is spacious (two bedrooms and a living room) and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The garden and the cozy winter lounge are great spots to relax and enjoy a cup of tea. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, just two metro stops away from the Bosphorus shore (Üsküdar). From there, you can easily get anywhere in Istanbul by metro, bus, or ferry. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and some are open all night.

It was a very safe and comfortable stay for us, we can definitely consider choosing it again…

Beautifu homel just off a vibrant street in a charming district. Convenient to great restaurants, cafes and shops and public transport options to the key attractions. The house is cosy and welcoming with convenient immaculate bathrooms on each floor. The heated floors and large bath are just fabulous!

Staying at Ahmet’s house was truly special. The location is perfect — peaceful and quiet, yet so close to everything you could want. It’s just a short, scenic walk down to the seaside, where you can catch a ferry to Bebek and soak in one of the city’s most charming neighborhoods. There’s a supermarket nearby for all your essentials, and the views from the house are absolutely breathtaking — especially at sunset. Don’t miss it; it’s pure magic. Conveniently, there’s also a bus stop right outside the gate that takes you directly to Üsküdar, from where you can easily catch a ferry or metro to Hagia Sophia and all the iconic landmarks. If you’re up for a more scenic and budget-friendly experience, I highly recommend taking the ferry from Küçüksu to Aşiyan, and then to Üsküdar. It’s a beautiful way to see the city from the water without spending much at all. Ahmet’s place offers calm, beauty, and easy access to everything —Highly recommended.

Apartment exactly as in the photos,very close to the Grand Bazaar and tram/metro station;shops,restaurants and cafes very close to the location. Considering that it is in the semi-basement, it is a little harder with the ventilation of the rooms but the door to one of the bedrooms is useful for such a thing. It has everything you need during the stay at a reasonable price.

Mr. Resul is very agreeable and his apartment is very clean.

The apartment was great. It’s located in the perfect place. Taksim square is about a 15 min walk away and the old Istanbul is a 15 minute drive away. Our stay was wonderful and we would recommend this stay to others. If I ever come back to Istanbul, I will reach out to Adam.

Fethi's place is perfect! The neighbourhood is nice and quiet, a lot of shops are very close. The flat is spacious, clean and cosy, it is as described. I liked the huge bed a lot) There were everything we needed, including a great number of clean towels. The flat is well-equipped, with good kitchen and bathroom. Fithi is a great host, very helpful and relyable. He helped with transfer, provided a lot of tips, and even get a crib for our toddler without me asking! I recommend Fethi's place, and I would like to come back one day)

A peaceful stay in a quiet neighbourhood, yet accessible to supermarkets and hip cafes and food joints, just a few minutes of walking downhill. Parking was easy with a garage seemingly for 2 cars. A flight of stairs goes to the ground floor, then another set of stairs within the house to the second floor apartment. Kitchen was fully furnished with stainless steel cooking equipment and quality Utensils. There's even coffee, tea and spices! The dining area is accompanied by a serene view of a luscious green hill, with Camlica Mosque at the top. A truly relaxing getaway from the city crowd. Although we stayed for a night, we felt rejuvenated. Thanks for the experience ☆

10/10 Must stay location with a couple of notes to help non-Turkish guests to be better prepared. Mustafa is very quick to respond and good at accommodating any issues or problems you may have as an international traveler, if you're a local - you don't need to read further book right away! Bring your essentials, soap, shampoo, the groceries in the area have very limited products. Purchase water on day 1, buy lots of it - I didn't try the tap water (so this may be irrelevant). Be prepared to keep the keys on you at all times, the door uses keys from both sides (common in Istanbul everywhere you go) but this surprised me because you have to be prepared to leave whoever is staying home with the keys but take the fob with you. Mustafa provided me with a solution right away but still important to note. With all that being said, I had no issues speaking English and communicating with Mustafa, his Airbnb is an excellent place to say and really safe. 10/10

I would like to thank Mr. Emin for his understanding, flexibility, and for offering me a pleasant stay. The house is very cute, the location is nice and easy. Everything was spotless.
