Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Bexar County

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed a relaxing weekend at Phil’s. Peaceful outdoor space is the treasure at this home. My kids, 13 and 19, enjoyed the game room.

Nice house to stay for the weekend, grill and porch area were great for burgers and dogs with the boys. Very easy to get to riverwalk area. Owners made everything as easy as can be expected.

Everything about the stay was great. We enjoyed all of the amenities, specifically the pool table, hot tub, and grill. Beds were very comfortable.

Beautiful house, peaceful and private area. If we didn't have the kids we would have probably stayed the whole vacation at the house. The owners greeted us the day of, answered promptly throughout the vacation if we had any questions and welcomed us back when we left. We will be coming back and we recomend this house to anyone.

The house was beautiful, the furniture was super comfortable, the kitchen was extremely nice ( I wish mine was like that). We enjoyed our stay and we had a great time.

The house was exactly what we needed. Had all the listed amenities, and it was nice to not have a huge “Honey Do” list when it was time for us to leave. We paid the cleaning fee, and they have their cleaners clean. Very refreshing to not have to clean the entire space when we pay for cleaning already. Host was awesome. Thank you!

This place was great! Really easy check in/check out. The place had everything we needed (fully stocked kitchen, very pretty backyard, multiple bedrooms all with TVs. It was free of clutter and very child friendly- perfect for families!

We had a great stay! The apartment was great, good size and really walkable. We loved the location being right on the river walk and going across the street for dinner and lunch. The pool was fun too on the hot days! We travelled with kids and loved the ability to go back to the apt easily for naptime and then venture back out without it feeling like a hassle.

This was my husband and I's second time staying with Susanne. Originally we stayed at her other property for our wedding a year ago. We loved the bungalow and location so much that we decided to stay with her again to celebrate our one year anniversary. Per usual, the space was beautiful. Susanne really cares about the details: the almond tart that she bakes for you, all the small snacks & drinks, and even a sound machine to fall asleep to. The bed is also extremely comfy. We had a great time. I look forward to staying here again. :)

We really enjoyed our stay in Andres's apartment. It was located right on the Riverwalk as shown in the photograph. The apartment was furnished with everything we needed for our stay. We found several really good breakfast and dinner spots within a 5-to-10-minute walk. We also walked to the Pearl in about 15 minutes and also walked to the Alamo and downtown SA in about 30 minutes. Andres was very responsive in answering any questions that we had during our stay.

Stayed here for a birthday weekend in San Antonio. This was a first time using airbnb and Johana did not disappoint. Always replied quickly and was very friendly about my questions. The home itself was as described and extremely clean. Everyone else was right about the furniture, the bed was so comfortable! But most importantly, PERFECT location for the Pearl, the Riverwalk, the local walkable businesses nearby. Never drove more than 25 minutes away.

We did a three day stay at Marilyn's house. This place is impeccable. It was super clean and welcoming. Small touches such as electric candles and soft music on Spotify when we arrived. We were always comfortable with awesome air conditioning, while it was muggy outside. And quiet! We never heard any noise from the street. The shower is like being under a water fall. Soothing and lots of hot water. Easy parking in the driveway just outside the entrance door. Lots of restaurants nearby on St. Mary's including wine bars, metal bars, tiki bars, food trucks. Lots to choose from. If you have more than one car, street parking is plentiful. We will look forward to asking to stay with Marilyn again in the future. If you are looking for an awesome hideway with lots of food and culture nearby, stay at Marilyn's place.

Bob and Patti were absolutely amazing hosts! From the moment we arrived, they made us feel right at home. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the thoughtful touches that made our stay extra comfortable. They were super friendly and responsive. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thank you Bob and Patti for your incredible hospitality! We’d love to come back again.

Cleanest air bnb I stayed at by far. Location is close to A LOT. Neighborhood is nice and quiet . Also, instructions were straight to the point.

Best air BNB ever! I cannot begin to explain how amazing this place was. The cabin was perfect for 2 people. The hosts are incredible. The most friendly people you could imagine. They were so accommodating. San Antonio was a short drive and we were able to avoid the chaos of staying in the city while still enjoying it. At night we could get anything we could need in the local town or by door dash. Our hosts made excellent recommendations and went above and beyond. Even Luna the cat made sure we had the best experience possible! It’s not possible to find a better deal for what was included with the stay. The cabin was stocked with whatever you could need and the pool area was amazing and we had unlimited access to it. I cannot recommend this place enough. It was our own amazing vacation oasis. They deserve more than a 5 star reviews. Truly an incredible stay that we will remember forever.

First and foremost, Maggie was an excellent host! Very friendly and helpful throughout all parts of our stay. The area is beautiful! Very peaceful and relaxing, and not too far from the larger towns you may be interested in. The main attraction, Charlie the deer, is very friendly and it was such a neat experience getting so up close and personal with him. He followed us on a walk and enjoyed the variety of treats we gave him (we learned he loves carrots, chips, and ham was his overall favorite!) If you’re traveling with dogs, this is a great place for you. Not only is the area around the house fully fenced in, but there are even nice kennels indoors as well. Our dogs loved the area and getting to run freely, which is hard to find on Airbnb. 100% worth the trip and I highly recommend.

We loved Sherry's place! We had three families of 4 (2 adults & 2 kids each) all stay comfortably. Everything was clean and we felt it was much larger than what was represented by the photos. The kids enjoyed the pool and we caught and released several perch, bass, and catfish in the pond. Plenty of space for the adults to relax both indoors and outdoors. Conveniently located just off the highway but still felt very secluded. Host was responsive and we have no complaints. We'd for sure visit again.

Really cute cabins. My kids loved everything about it. We went to the river to play but didn’t know the kayaks were not part of the stay so we had to pay extra for that. (I’m sure it says they are available in the description) we just thought it was part of the package. Overall the place was beautiful. We enjoyed everything but of it. Can’t wait to come back.

We loved our stay here! Lots of room in the cabin it’s self for everyone to have their own space. There were 5 of us. Walking the property was very peaceful! My kids and myself LOVED the animals. The cabin had everything we needed. Overall just an excellent experience!!

This little cabin was AMAZING! So cozy, temperature control was perfect, and the bath house was SO CLEAN!!! My husband and I appreciated how private the cabin felt despite there being others just a few yards away. We were also well stocked on snacks and water! 100% would stay again. The area was gorgeous, check in was easy, and we even got to watch a few deer adventure around the property. CANNOT RECCOMMEND ENOUGH.

Beautiful place! Definitely as described!! Everything was so clean and in great condition, and the host left very detailed instructions on everything. When we had any questions or issues they were quickly answered and resolved by the host!! Beautiful views, lots to do in surrounding area and very comfortable and inviting decoration on the inside. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the San Antonio/Boerne area.

Would stay here again if the opportunity arises. Very quiet and peaceful place.
