We stayed at Andrew's place for a concert this past week! Andrew provided such clear instructions to the home and even provided pictures! I love that they were so responsive & had great communication with my sister & I. The area felt safe to us. We felt so comfy because it's gated and our truck felt secure. The home was comfortable and cozy! My sister used the main bedroom and I used an inflatable mattress in the living room. It was great! The place was clean when we arrived. It was a cozy and nice stay for us while we stayed in San Antonio.

We loved our stay at this cozy little cottage. The location was amazing close to the highway. Sandra, the host, was very quick to respond to text and offer suggestions on places to go as well as where to eat nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Visits from Searge, the pup, made our day! I would highly recommend this cottage. Felt like home.

This is a great place to get away. The house had perfect amenities. The linens were extremely comfortable and everything was clean. The dipping pool was fabulous and perfect size. The location is ideal for all the things around town. Steve and Cindi was very sweet and easy to talk too. The only thing I could say is that the ac unit did not blow very well. Besides that, everything was great.

We had an amazing stay. Very nice and peaceful location. Easy to get around from. Perfect little piece of heaven. Definitely a place I would recommend and stay at again. Hosts were amazing at check in and were helpful with recommendations.

I loved my long weekend stay! It was perfectly located near downtown however just far enough away that you are not in the hustle and bustle. The river walk is just a couple blocks away and walks right into downtown, which I used several times. If you are going to San Antonio I would highly recommend Jen’s spot!

My stay was excellent. The place was clean, comfortable and exactly as described in the ad. Everything worked perfectly and I felt very comfortable during the entire stay. A small detail is that I had to leave my car parked on the street, but the area looks very safe and I had no problem. I would definitely stay here again.

Was a very nice place to stay, the neighborhood and location is great if you’re looking for quiet and peaceful. We arrived later at night, so it was harder to find, but the host gave clear and concise instructions that made the area easy to find. Everything was accommodating to us, and we enjoyed the stay.

Jessica was a great host, she was very flexible about our stay, as we kept having to change our dates. The guest house was adorable and very clean. Shower was awesome!

We had a fantastic stay! The unit was clean and equipped with all the extras you need and not have to pack and travel with. The location of place is as centrical as we wanted, close to all areas we were going to. All hosts were great, all communicated so promptly, and all directions were so clear and understanding. Unit was clean and cozy, AC worked great, no issues, neighborhood felt safe, very quiet area, minimal noise levels. Thank you!

I really enjoyed my stay! Roxana was great and super responsive. She was very accommodating with an early check in. The property was really nice, I’m not sure the pictures did it justice! The entire property is fenced so it felt very private. The guesthouse was very clean and nicely laid out with plenty of space. The work space was great with a modern sit/stand desk. I had no problem being on a video call working in the space. The kitchen was stocked with everything I needed to prepare a small meal. The bed was comfortable and I definitely slept better there than I did at a recent hotel stay! Next time I am in San Antonio, I will definitely check the guest house for availability!

We had a lovely weekend at Kelly’s. The house was decorated beautifully, very clean, stocked with all the essentials, and was walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. Kelly communicated all instructions clearly, and responded quickly to any questions we had. I would definitely recommend staying here and will consider for any future trips to San Antonio!

Jay & Magdalena were great hosts. Their casita was perfect for my little family. I saw on other reviews how they’re some really loud dogs next door, but to us they weren’t really that loud and we were able to sleep just fine. Jay and Magdalena were always very responsive whenever I had a question, and they also recommended us some great places to eat. I was very pleased on how clean the casita was. They provided everything you can need for a small trip, as a coffee lover I loved the Nespresso. My family and I arrived a little earlier than expected to San Antonio, and Jay and Magdalena were nice enough to let us check in earlier. I would definitely recommend Jay and Magdalena’s place to anyone planning on going to San Antonio.

My first time in San Antonio and I was visiting with my sister. The set up of the home was great as I was on a working trip and was able to get up and ready without disturbing her in the mornings. The location was close to so much and the list that was recommended was helpful to find things to do in the area! Easy to get on the main highways as well. Loves the amenities, having things like a kettle and toaster was great as well are British. We connected with the hosts on a few things during our stay and they were kind and responsive and communication was awesome. If I return for work I will be using this place again, it was comfortable, homely and had everything needed for our week stay with supermarkets close by.

We stayed a few days in San Antonio. This place was very closed to everything we wanted to do. The neighborhood is defiantly older but overall we felt very safe, this is also less than 5 minutes from the pearl which is a very popular nice place to go shopping and coffee. The place was very clean and Aaron was a great host, answer all of our questions. The best part of this place is that there is a cute little tabby cat that seems to guard the front door, and sleeps by the flower bed. Very cute and friendly.

Donna was a fantastic host. She worked proactively with us to resolve an issue with the space that arose prior to our reservation and helped ensure that we were able to fully enjoy our stay. Would absolutely recommend her to anyone traveling to San Antonio.

Eric & Carolyn’s place was perfect for a fun weekend at the NCAA Final four tournament. It was an easy walk to the Alamodome stadium with the Riverwalk just a little farther away. The bed was very comfortable, we loved that the tv had an AppleBox, and having laundry facilities in the unit was very convenient. We loved how it is tucked away behind the main house (standalone building) and was super quiet. Thank you for sharing your guesthouse with us!!

This home is located in a beautiful neighborhood, spacious, and well appointed. Eva was a great host! Very responsive and friendly at all times. She even left a little welcome note and treat for us upon arrival, that was just such a nice token of appreciation. The apt was also stocked with a variety of water, coffee, and tea.

Nice place with good amount of space. Close to UTSA.
