Vacation rentals with a pool in Beverino

We were super satisfied with the apartment. The property is very private and somewhat secluded. The driveway is a bit rocky. We drive a Peugot 308 and it went well. If the car is lowered, it could get a little scarce. You can be in Pisa within 30 minutes and in about 1h15 in Florence (depending on traffic). The pool is not heated. We were mid-September and it was a bit cold but we were still in the water. In summer at hot temperatures, it's certainly great. We will be happy to come back!

Our group of friends (9 people) spent a week at this beautiful house. The house more than exceeded our expectations. It is beautifully decorated, superbly equipped and offers plenty of space. Our highlight was the pool, which is very large and clean. Rolf and Livia are very likable and available at any time. We would always come back!

We loved our stay at Giulia’s blue house. Beautiful garden, clean house and Giulia was sweet and helpful.

A great place for those who seek greenery, peace and quiet. Beautiful garden with many different places to sit a d a good sized swimming pool. At night you hear only birds, insects and wild pigs which ve ture looking for food. So not for faint hearted :) Apartment has everything that is needed and the bed is very comfy. Hosts are very nice and helpful. A great place in the countryside, recommended!

Stay here! Spectacular view, everything you need, plus extras. Lots of lovely little touches and the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in! Only a few steps to get in and out which is amazing. Car park out front. And the host was super lovely. I got a flat tyre and they helped find someone to come and fix it.

Roberta was super welcoming and helpful in everything. Very nice house, everything clean, well equipped both kitchen and barbecue area. Plenty of space and great pool. Great experience, I highly recommend

We had a wonderful time at this dream house! Magnificent views, beautiful decor and good amenities, plenty of space inside and outside, magnificent garden, great pool, friendly (few) neighbors. All round beautiful! Recreation and tranquility for the adults and play facilities by the pool for the children. The village is enchanting. The way to shopping and to Lucca is absolutely doable when you get used to the serpentines. And the path is definitely beautiful! The remoteness makes up the peculiarity & beauty of the place. Lucca is a beautiful city! Vittoria is a very kind host. Everything was easy and the contact was very pleasant at all times. We are thrilled and would like to come back!

We spent a wonderful week in Cristina's house in Fabbiano and really enjoyed our break from everyday life there. The house is beautifully integrated into the small, quiet, very romantic place. You enjoy a wonderful view of the valley and the mountains from the garden and can also take a beautiful hike from the house. Cristina's welcome was very warm and made us feel really welcome in her house. We could always ask them if we needed advice. The garden is fantastic. Unfortunately, it was already too cold for the pool. For this, we enjoyed the fireplace very much. Despite the mixed weather, we did a lot because the house is centrally located between the sea, the mountains and some very beautiful cities (e.g. Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa, Bargo). Since the garden is completely fenced, our dog was also able to move freely the whole time. For small families who love tranquility and seclusion, the house is ideal

I had a lovely stay at Cosimo’s apartment. I walked from the train station which was not far, but steep with luggage! Though it was a beautiful private walkway there, and a quick way into town when you don’t have your luggage :) Cosimo was an extremely helpful host. He provided great recommendations for restaurants and things to do, and was very helpful upon checkin, giving me a tour of the building and all of its amenities. Very responsive whenever I had a question as well! If you are looking for an escape amongst the hills of the Italian riviera, this is the place!

Paolo's apartment is located on the heights of Rapallo: the road to access it by car is steep but once found the location is perfect with a nice view of the sea and a closed parking lot. There is also a small pedestrian path mainly composed of steps to access the beach more quickly as well as the seafront promenade which connects to the city center (it goes up but we were able to do it with two small children). The apartment is very clean and has everything you need, it is even prettier than in the photos! The pool in the residence is large and very pleasant. We recommend this place!

We had the best time staying at Carlo and Lucia’s place! The view is spectacular and the home is very clean and beautifully decorated. We felt very safe and Lucia and Carlo were fast at answering any questions or requests we might have. We spend a week of vacation with our three little kids and the house was well equipped with everything we needed from baby chair and bed to microwave. Also the city of Recco was a nice experience to visit. We would love to go back!

Nice place as a base to explore the area. Beautiful hill-like area. Village of Pietresantra surprisingly nice! Beds a little softer than we like ourselves and the approach route with a low car was challenging, but otherwise a nice apartment!! Good communication with Fulvia.

We had some great days there. Breakfast and dinner at Casa Turchetti were great! The place is worth a trip to enjoy a few days of relaxation and tranquility. Always happy to come back!

We stayed at the end of the season in this really nice area and felt right at home on site. The old oil mill and our apartment are generously allowed, corresponded to the description, the photos shown are even better in reality. It was all clean, all the equipment worked and we felt very comfortable. The large swimming pool is a real highlight and has greatly upgraded the stay, especially the children. The reception on site went smoothly and was very well prepared in advance. We enjoyed the time very much and can really highly recommend the accommodation - the value for money is great! Beautiful, clean and well-maintained villa. Equipped with everything. Very nice and well organized outdoor green area and swimming pool. A great solution for those who want to spend time with friends and family in maximum relaxation and privacy. Very kind, helpful and nice owners. Highly recommended.

We really had a wonderful stay. The host welcomed us incredibly warmly and immediately recorded an entire plan for things to do and hidden gems. The kitchen is really WELL equipped. The only small drawback, the mattresses are unfortunately very saggy and you should ventilate a lot, as it is very humid in the lower room due to the shower. Still, this place is HIGHLY recommended !! It was great

This is an amazing villa with stunning views of the surrounding countryside and mountains. The villa really has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The closest shops are only a 10-15 minute drive away from the villa. I would definitely return.

From the check in; personally escorted by the host, the fantastic communication and responses to my queries, to the stunning house, gardens and location it was an amazing week. The host and the groundskeepers were lovely and friendly and always keen to talk and help. The surroundings were beautiful and the pool and grounds a great place to spend our time - everything is beautifully and lovingly maintained. Plenty of opportunity to explore and find great places to eat and drink. I could have happily added another week to our stay and will be looking to return as soon as we possibly can.

Beautiful Tuscan house, full of soul and unheard of charm. Magical place, surrounded by olive trees and hills with beautiful little villages. Close to several places of interest. Loved our stay.
