It is a charming house nestled in the wooded, flowered and enclosed park of an 18th century house located in a valley of the Brenne Natural Park. The house has been refurbished according to the rules of the art. Bright, comfortable, tastefully furnished, it accommodates 4 people and offers equipped kitchen dining room, living room, 2 bedrooms, complete bathroom, central heating, wood stove, access laundry, annexes, private terrace, large garden, private parking, bicycles and 2 hosts artists and poets!

Located 1 hour from Futuroscope and 30 minutes from the parks of La Brenne, our house will bring you the relaxation and calm that you are looking for while combining comfort and space for holidays for families or friends. We renovated this old barn on 2 levels with a contemporary touch while keeping the charm of the old. The swimming pool (6x12m) is heated from June to September depending on the outside temperatures and has a fully equipped pool house (kitchen, shower, toilet)

The cottage has a natural pool (10x12m) of a vegetable garden, an organic orchard, a bocce court and a garden out of sight.

Traditional French home in a peaceful village

The house a detached authentic house situated in the quiet rural village of Villemort. In the house are old details such as beams and but the house is otherwise modern and comfortably furnished with a full kitchen, including an electric cooker, refrigerator and microwave. The master bedroom is situated on the 1st floor along with a bathroom. On the 2nd floor there are two other bedrooms (double and twin), along with another bathroom.

The cottage overlooks and accesses the river, where swimming is possible. The hamlet is very peaceful, and the water is a great place to relax! A walk can be enjoyed from the cottage, along a path along the Vienne River. You can reach Chauvigny on foot or by bike along the trails. There are a few chickens on the grounds. Nightly rate: €52 without sheets + €8 sheets to be paid in advance if needed.

Stay at the mill

Old mill located on the banks of the Creuse in a natural environment. You will benefit from the amenities of the city of Le Blanc located 2 km away. The site is within the perimeter of the Brenne Regional Nature Park. After an hour you can visit the Futuroscope or the Beauval Zoo. The rental is offered for at least 2 nights.
