Хозяин встретил со всей душой и старался, чтобы оставание в его апартаментах было максимально комфортное: встретил, помог донести чемоданы, организовал рабочий стол. Отличный интернет, без перебоев.

Her şey fotoğraftaki gibiydi jakuzi de kullandık su sıcaklığı konusunda kafamızda soru işaretleri vardı ama su gayet sıcaktı. Bir şey yiyip içmek için iki tabak iki çatal iki kaşık gibi temel gereçleri olsa daha iyi olabilirdi. Ama genel anlamda çok memnun kaldık.

Mustafa wa super responsive and helpful. He agreed on early checkin and during last night when we had to have some family members more than what was in the first reservation, he accepted ir without additional charges. House is well equipped, clean and same as photos and if you don’t mind stairs, I would recommend it. It is located in a nice neighborhood and the only issue is steep hill. Overall we had a pleasant stay and Mostafa’s place :)

The view from this house is incredible. I really havent seen a better view than this. The garden in front is wonderful to sit at and enjoy the landscape. The neighborhood and house was very quiet, and its quite private. The street is not busy. The house has everything you need for cooking meals and it was all clean. The bathroom and shower is generously sized, I loved it, and the heater and AC work very well, cooling down quickly if you need it or heating up quickly if you need it. Also, there were many streaming options on the tv, which is great. The host was responsive and very kind. We had no issues here. But seriously, the landscape is very very gorgeous and the price was very reasonable.

First of all, I would like to thank the owners of the house for their warm welcome. The house is very wonderful, but it is only suitable for one or two people because it is small. However, it is a very quiet and beautiful place. It was in a neighborhood that had everything you needed, whether a supermarket, restaurants, or cafes, and it was close to Ortakoy Beach. I will definitely return to it again.

My wife and I spent 4 nights in this spectacular appartment. The entire experience was fantastic: - the communication with the host was extremely pleasant, very responsive, great recommendations. It felt like having a caring friend in Istanbul!! - the location is excellent, the view over the Bosporus can't get any better. It requires a bit of a climb but absolutely manageble (also with luggage) and well worth it! - beautiful neighborhood right by the Bosporus, sophisticated, great and fun restaurants and clubs, and not overrun by tourists. All walking distance. Including groceries. No need to go anywhere else in the evenings! - big windows, a patio, and a garden. Due to the hillside location the view is spectacular and completely unobstructed. We never drew the curtains. - the appartment is newly renovated, nice furnishing, spotless clean, very tidy, great features and fully equipped with all new appliances and all neccessities. Our new favorite place in Istanbul, we will be back!

Hassan's place was great and perfect for our needs. The communication was very smooth from booking until check-out. The staff is very helpful with anything you need. Also, they were flexible with the check-in and check-out times. We will book again if given the chance.

This was the perfect place for my needs - a well-located apartment in Ortakoy for several weeks. Located a short walk from many restaurants, cafes, shops and supermarkets. Looks just like the pictures, is clean and has lots of natural sunlight. Staircase to get to the apartment might be difficult for an older person with lots of luggage, but for me it was manageable. Host was good at communication and check in and check out was easy.

I hosted my family at Mr. Zak’s place and we stayed for about 10 days. Everything about the apartment was perfect. Had the smallest of amenities present. All spaces were extremely comfortable. Location was absolutely ideal; barely a minute’s walk to the metro station and Cevahir Mall. The hosts were very responsive and attended all our concerns in a timely and friendly manner. I would definitely stay again :)

We stayed 5 nights. It was amazing. A calm place. 5 min walking to the city. The appartement is really nice. The host left us a lot of stuff: as shampoo, shower gel, soap, water and snacks. I suggest everyone else to rent this appartement. We will comeback to this place another time when we come to Istanbul.

They were always helpful and carried the water for me. The place is located near some nice restaurants and hospitals. Walking is flatter and easier. The apartment is on the first floor so access is easy.

Really close to a beautiful neighborhood and the place has everything you could need. It is a ground floor apartment which was something to keep in mind. Overall really enjoyed my stay.

I can’t say enough good things about my stay at Ebru’s place! The apartment is beautifully and tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything I needed. It’s situated in a prestigious area of Istanbul, in a quiet and cozy building. Ebru was absolutely wonderful, checking in on us and ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Well, dear Ebru, my time at your place was truly one of my best Airbnb experiences!

If we come to Istanbul, thats our first choice. The Apartment is perfect, you feel like home. I can highly recommend it,see you next time :-)

Die Lage ist für Unternehmungen aller Art super geeignet (Bim ins Zentrum, Hafen direkt in der Nähe). Die Unterkunft mit dem Ausblick einzigartig und der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und antwortet schnell auf Fragen!

Thank you so much for this wonderful apartment. We truly felt at home. Ksenia is very responsive and always available if we need anything. The place is perfect for both short and long stays in Istanbul. Outside the apartment, the building is also clean, and there’s a store open until 3 AM with very reasonable prices. The pool and gym were great, and not too crowded during our stay. The apartment’s decor is very well thought out. It’s also well insulated from outside noise and equipped with various types of heating and air conditioning.

Makuuhuoneet olivat isoja, olohuone ja keittiö pieniä. Meitä oli vain kolme ja keitimme yleensä vain vettä puuroon tai teehen. Söimme ulkona ja kävimme huoneistossa nukkumassa. Sänky oli hyvä, pyyhkeet isoja ja pehmosia. Suihkut toimivat hyvin ja oli ihana, kun oli 2 kylpyhuonetta. Mina vastasi nopeasti, ja oli aina valmiina auttamaan. Huoneistossa oli ihanan lämmintä, ilmastoinnille ei ollut tarvetta. Huoneisto on vilkkaan tien varrella, joten viikonloppu öisin, musiikki pauhasi ohiajavista autoista, ihmisääniä kuului yms. Minä en toki niitä kuullut, vaikka nukuin tienpuoleisessa makuuhuoneessa. 3 mh on kadun puolella ja yksi sisäpihan puolella. Keskeinen sijainti ja hyvät kulkuyhteydet lähellä. Olimme iloisia hissistä, vaikka se olikin pieni, riittävä meille. Paras airbnb kokemus tähän mennessä.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful two-level apartment. The space is thoughtfully designed, with plenty of natural light and a cozy yet modern feel. One of the highlights was the lush garden—perfect for morning coffee or just relaxing in a peaceful, green setting. The balcony upstairs offered lovely views and added a great touch of privacy. The location is very secluded and quiet, ideal for anyone looking to unwind, but also felt incredibly safe and secure throughout my stay. It truly felt like a little hidden oasis. I’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene getaway.

Our stay in Istanbul was made even better thanks to this amazing apartment ! The 3-bedroom apartment was spacious, spotless, and had a great mix of modern comfort and local charm. Each room was well-furnished and cozy, and the living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The location was ideal—close to public transportation, great cafes, and some of the main attractions, but still in a quiet neighborhood that let us wind down peacefully at night. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, and making sure we had everything we needed. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Istanbul—especially families or groups looking for comfort, space, and a great location. Öncelikle Doğukan Beye çok teşekkür ederim. Detaylı bir şekilde bahsetmem gerekirse girişimiz çok rahat oldu, gittiğimizde direkt anahtarımızı aldık ve eve yerleştik. Evde bir yaşam alanı için gereken her şey düşünülmüştü. Mutfakta tüm araç gereçler mevcuttu, kahve makinesi dahil olmak üzere. Banyoda da aynı şekilde şampuandan çamaşır deterjanına kadar düşünülmüştü. İletişim konusunda da kendisi oldukça sorumluluk sahibiydi bir problem yaşadığımızda hızlı geri dönüş aldık. Sorunsuz bir konaklama için samimi bir şekilde tavsiye ederim.
