Som and his team are wonderful. They helped us move in, provided helpful directions for the stay and communicated very well. Som responded to my messages within hours regardless of the time of the day. This place is excellent value for money. It sleeps 6 comfortably and has great common areas where the family can get together and talk, eat meals together etc. Kitchen is fully equipped. This will be my go-to for visits to Chennai

The Best stay at an AirBnB with my family. The wonderful experience changed my entire view point of Hotel vs AirBnB. A Homely feeling at this 1 BHK, it's excellent amenities and the great host made it an excellent experience. My family was at Chennai for a specific requirement and this stay ensured we didn't have to venture for a single thing outside. The place is stocked to the core with all household appliances and amenities. My kid had an amazing stay. Highly recommend place. Smrithi our host was always available for any query 24x7.

Positives: I stayed at Raj's place with family from 1st to 4th April 25. The place was really amazing. The location was excellent and absolutely very easy to find. Its located just 10-20 meters off Adyar main road. Very neat and clean. Bathrooms were squeaky clean so was the bed sheets and towels. All air conditioners were working perfectly well. Covered car park at such a location was a big boon. Wide range of eateries both Indian & international cuisine are available within walking distance. Provision & medical store within walking distance. Negative: The air conditioners were not provided with a remote control. The temperature was set and we could not control the temperature. At nights it became very cold and we had to switch off the ac and then switch it on after some time when it became warm. This was a bit disturbing. Other than this every thing was excellent and would very highly recommend this place if you are looking for a quite place in the heart of Chennai city.
