The property is composed of 2 houses, one being made available for our guests and the one where we live. The 2 houses are separated and independent. Our 25 m2 studio on the first floor of a very quiet building is refurbished. It consists of a 80/200 or 160/200 convertible bed, a kitchen, and a bathroom. Located 2 minutes from the train station and a 10-minute walk from the city center, you will find all types of shops on site (baker, butcher, cheese maker, delicatessen...). In the neighborhood, several types of restaurants (traditional, pizzeria, kebab...) are within walking distance.

You will enjoy the free parking space in the private parking lot 10 meters from the door of the accommodation. Guests can fully enjoy its unfenced terrace with garden furniture.
